Chapter Nine

Ken POV

It's 10 in the mornin and I've been awake

I didn't shower, eat nor sleep and Nathaniel stuck with me to but he's asleep

I was still sitting in the waiting room when the Doctor came in

" Morning" he said

" Can I see De'Arra " I said being rude

" Yea you could she is in room 105 " he said

I called everyone then waited for them.

When they came the doctor told us that only one person can go at a time.

Mama J, Ciara, Daniel, Andre, Sam, Rachael and Diamond went to see her but came out saying that she wouldn't say anything

Nathaniel then went in and I waited so I can go see her

Nathaniel POV

I walked into the room and De'Arra didn't even look like herself

Her skin was light and had red bruises everywhere

" Hey how you feeling" I asked her

" That's a dumb ass question for someone that's laying down in a hospital bed feeling like shit" she said

" Well I'm sorry" I apologized

She then stared up at the ceiling

" You sound really bad" I said

She then stared at me

" I just wanna get the fuck outta here and leave" she told me

" It isn't that bad, I think your gonna leave today" I said

" Hopefully" she said dryly

" Well Ken gettin' ready to come in " I told her walking out

Ken POV

Nathaniel finally walked out

" She finally said something good luck" he told me

I walked in and my baby didn't look or sound like herself

" Baby I'm sorry I didn't mean to put you through this. I think it's best for you to leave me and fine someone that can do better" I told her

She then looked at me in shock

W-W-what you want me t-t-o l-leave you. H-h-how can you say that" she said said

" De'Arra I'm not playin'. I'm really sorry for putting you through a lot but I really just need you to go" I said

" Ken we not bout to go through this. Your not gonna get me to leave. Whether you like it or not im stayin" I told him

I then stayed silent

" Ken I'm not leaving and I'ma stick with you through thick and thin" she said

I went and kissed her forehead

" I love you" I told her

" Then stop telling me to leave" she said

The doctors then came in and gave me the papers to sign so they can release De'Arra

I then signed them and walked out and waited for them to get De'Arra ready

De'Arra POV

While everyone was waiting in the waiting room I was putting on sweatpants and one of Kens shirt with slippers

When I was done the doctors rapped my right leg then gave me crutches
