Chapter Thirteen

De'Arra POV

It's 10 in the morning and I guess Ken is downstairs or in the backyard or just nevermind he somewhere in this house

But I'm in the bed and I want a job so I can have something to do when no one's here

I got out of Ken's room walking into mines then into my bathroom and brushed my teeth, did my hygiene then put the front of my curly hair in a ponytail and left the rest down

When I was done I then lotioned my body, put on under garments, did my make-up then walked into the closet to look for something to wear since it was in the 60's even though it's fall but hey this is California weather

After deciding what I was gonna wear I put it on then grabbed my phone,pink MK purse and keys then headed downstairs

Ken POV

I was in the house watching T.V. and eating popcorn when De'Arra came and sat down by me giving me the same look everytime she wants something from me

" What you want" I asked keeping my attention to the T.V.

" Why you talking to me like that? You still made at me?" She asked

" Na that was yesterday" I said putting popcorn in my mouth still looking at the T.V.

" Look I understand where your coming from and I'm sorry for not telling you that I was on birth control. I promise from this day forward I'ma be honest with you" she said

" I'm 18 and your 21 I plan on having a baby when I'm married not now cause like no offense but we've only been together for a short period of time not even a year and we may not work out" she said

" Ok and I'ma ask you again. If you were pregnant would you keep the baby " I asked her looking her dead in the eye

" Well yea  it was both my fault and yours so that's the price we have to pay" she said

" That's a better answer so what you want" I asked her turning my attention back to the T.V.

" Do you forgive me" she asked holding on to my arm

" I'm not mad no more" I said not paying attention to her

" I didn't ask if you were still mad I ask if you forgave me" she said

" Give me a reason to forgive you" I said still paying attention to the T.V.

She then came on top of me and sat on my lap facing me

" De'Arra move I'm tryna watch the football game" I said patting her thighs

She then grabbed my face and began kissing me deeply

What you thought a nigga was suppose to do deny

I grabbed her ass and lifted her up rapping her legs around my waist and pushing her up against the wall

" I'm not mad at you no more. I love you with all my heart but I don't want you to keep secrets away from me" I said

" I love you to baby'" she said

" Now what you want from me " I asked her

" I want to drive your all white Lexus" she said

" Out of all 10 cars you wanna drive my white lexus" I asked her

" Yea" she said

" Alright but if I see one scratch on Lexi Im finna whip you" I said giving her the keys
