Walking down the hallway, Kyle could see that this was going to be a great year. He just started 7th grade, and already he could tell that he would be able to help people. That's what he did. Starting in six grade, he would help any students or teachers dealing with problems. He once saved a teacher from jail, who was being framed for drinking on the job. Anyone who had a problem, went to him. Of course, there were other people in the school who would take jobs, but he was the honest one, who didn't care about a price. As he was going to homeroom, another student ran up to him, panting.
"Excuse me, Mr. Ford-"
"Please, call me Kyle,"
"Sure, anyway, someone stole my summer reading, which I worked on almost every single day of summer break. If I don't get it back, I'm going to start with a bad grade, and my mom will kill me!"
Kyle stared at him a while, pondering what he just said, and finally responded.
"Summer reading is not graded, which means you technically don't need it."
"Please, my teacher is Mr. Lehnert, which means it is, because you had him last year, and you know how he is."
When Kyle heard this, he knew this kid would need it.
"By the way, what's your name?"
Kyle asked.
"Mathew, Mathew Bichu."
"And who stole your papers?"
"They actually hacked into my computer and stole it, but her name is Alexxia."
"Alexxia? I remember her. She was in my elementary school, but she moved. Did she move back?"
"I guess so."
Kyle knew Alexxia would never do something like that, but people do change.
"By the way, I also asked some other kids to help me out."
"Who did you ask? Why are you asking me then if you did?"
"Because they are all thieves. Your are an honest man. You will lead them to get it back, and make sure they do it right. These are the people." Mathew said, and pulled out small pictures taken obviously from sixth grade picture day.
"I know all of these peo- wait,
You have Skylar here?"
Mathew looked puzzled, than answered, "Yeah, why not?"
"Because Skylar is crazy." Kyle said.
"It's a good kind of crazy, right?"
"Yeah, okay, sure." Kyle said, then walked off, not entirely sure how to control all of these people. He did know, however, this was going to be a fun ride all the way to the bottom.
