The First Job Part 3

The next morning, Kyle awoke and waited eagerly for the money. He may be the honest man and not care about the money, but still got excited when it was offered. He was a kid, after all. After a while, he was starting to worry. It still had not come and it was already time for Kyle to leave to the bus stop. At that exact moment, though, his phone rang. He didn't recognize the number, but then remembered he gave Mathew his number, so of course he wouldn't recognize it. He answered, not sure what to expect.
"I never got the files!" Was the first thing he heard. That explains the money situation, he thought.
"What do you mean? I watched them send it, it should definitely be there" he replied.
"Well, it's not. So until I get it, no one is getting the money, you here me?!"
"I hear you. Do you want to meet at the scho-"
"No! There is to many people. After school, meet me at the park." Mathew said, then hung up. Kyle could not believe it. His first group work and he screwed up. All day at school, he never saw any of the others, which he was happy about. He didn't want to see them ever because they betrayed him. Or so he thought. When he made it to the park after school, he heard two people arguing, and after walking a little closer, he saw Alivia and Andre. He couldn't understand what they were saying, so he intervened to figure out what was going on.
"What the hell is going on!?" He shouted, trying to sound intimidating.
"This b*tch stole the files!" Andre shouted, while waving around the gun that Kyle just noticed. "Woah, okay, that was uneccesary. After all, you are the one who transfered them," Kyle said, suprised Andre was the one to say that. "But Alivia, you look pretty calm with a gun in your face. Why is that?" Kyle asked.
"Because the safety's off." She stated simply, even though she looked like she was about to rip Andre's head off.
"Don't pull that crap on me," Andre said, about ready to do the same.
"No, she's right." Kyle said, and pulled the gun out of his hands.
"This one's not, though," they all heard, and turned around to see Skylar pointing a gun at them.
"Skylar, put the gun down. Now, why are you all here?" Kyle asked.
"We didn't get our money," they responded at the same time.
"So you all are here because you didn't get your money. Now, that is funny. Why would he tell all of you about the missing files? It would be the best way to get us all in the....same....place...." sudden realization hit all of them, Kyle being the first to react. "RUN!" He shouted, and they all ran, but they didn't make it very far. The bomb blew up behind them, sending them all flying.
