I awkwardly picked at my food while chewing slowly enough not to make any noise. Clearly still speechless at seeing this guy, Baekyun, unexpectedly at the same place Chanyeol said specifically that it was only going to be me and him.....didn't work out so well.

Even if I wanted to speak I'd rather stay in the position I was in now and not speak at all. That position was not embarrassing myself or being put in an awkward position.

Out of all the things that still haven't really processed in my head, only one did and that was the fact that Chanyeol wanted to fix the problem Hana had created. Thankfully Chanyeol was sitting beside me while Baekhyun stood in front of me. It didn't make much of a difference though but if Baekhyun would've stood next to me I wouldn't be able to move a muscle.

"So," Chanyeol started off as a faint voice from the distance, "Anyone want something to drink?"

"Um.." Baekhyun cleared his throat and declined, "No, not right now anyways" He smiled. Though even from side view I couldn't tell if he was in any awkward position.

"And you buddy?" Chanyeol then put all the attention on me.

Gulping, I resisted to make any eye contact and shook my head.

Chanyeol, even if both of us declined, got up from his chair without a word said until after he had already turned around showing only his back, "I'll go get something anyways for you guys" He insisted.

Inside my head I screamed from the top of my lungs to get out of there and run while something deep inside me told me to stay and see what happened.

Looking at Baekhyun, he didn't seem disturbed or even distracted by my presence there so why did I still feel this awkward tension? If he didn't feel awkward about then why would I? He's just a band member from a band so it's like he has the time to think of such nonsense.

The table now stood quiet again only this time only two people eating at the same table. I just ate my chicken and again chewed very slowly not to make a sound or activate any type of movement. Though my biggest pet peeve was to sit in a table where I couldn't speak, I still stood quiet regardless in what I like or don't like.

I reached out for a napkin when the worst of the worst happened.

"Oh" I blurted out as the bread I had on my napkin fell on the floor. Reaching down to grab it I was instead met with a warm skinned figure.

"Here" He smiled as we both positioned ourselves back on our own seat and handed me back the bread.

"Thank you" I bowed softly.

Baekhyun bowed back and without any further actions went straight back to eating whatever he had on his plate.

"Chanyeol..." Baekhyun began. No matter how hard I tried not to look at him in the eye, it was too late, I couldn't help myself but to look at him as he spoke, "He told me it was okay that I could come" He then finished with a quick "Sorry"

By now I felt my stomach do summersaults. Instead of an awkward tension it turned into an apologetic vibe in which I didn't like at all. Now I felt guilty for making the awful tension around us. I hated putting into situations like this, it felt very uncomfortable all together. Though with the family I had, I was very much used to it and learned how to deal with it...somewhat.

"Why do you say sorry?" I asked ever so gently.

Once Baekhyun's eyes met mine I felt a small twitch go thru out my body.

"I don't know, I felt like it wasn't my intention being here" He turned around to see if Chanyeol was any where near from coming before continuing, "Chanyeol actually found out that I left early yesterday without eating so he insisted I would finish"
