LAYLA'S P.O.V
"what's wrong with her?" I heard Sam say and I was still bleeding but I covered my hand over my neck what a jerk wad!
"You weren't supposed to bite her Sam!" I heard Jacob say
"I'll kill you!" I heard Seth say
"Seth calm down!" I heard Jacob yell towards him.
I opened the door with my right hand over my neck. It was just the wolves and everyone else went to go enjoy the cook out. I told my mom I would be fine. Thank God she and my dad didn't see any of what happened. My dad was at work but I told my mom not to watch.
"Layla are you okay?" asked Seth trying to lift my hand away from the wound. But i didn't want him to see.
"No! uh I'm fine."
"Layla! let me see." I sighed and let him look he turned to Jacob and Billy.
"He nipped near an artery..." Billy said as he touch my wound making me wince
Seth lunged towards Sam but Jacob and Leah caught him in mid air.
"Call her father over to take a better look at it. Sam get out of here." Billy said and Sam knew not to take it in a rude like manner as he nodded and a his pack left to go to the cook out.
"We can't call my dad he's at work and was called in to do a surgery."
"Call carlisle." Billy said as Leah and Jacob left the living room to go to the home phone.
"Who's Carlisle?" I asked panicked looking at Seth and Billy.
"He's that guy with the light blonde hair. remember? " Seth said rubbing my back for comfort.
"I thought we heal fast."
"not from an alpha bite. especially if it's near an artery. "
I looked at Seth and began to cry.
"Layla. what's the matter? "
"Seth... am I gonna die."
"no. I promise you. okay you're gonna be fine here let me help." he moved away my bloody hand from my wound and placed his hand there. making me yell out in pain!
"Jacob tell him to hurry!"
"he's on his way!" yelled Leah from the other room
I didn't notice I was falling asleep until Seth would shake me.
"hey! look at me to talk to me ok?" I nodded
"I guess I'm just bad luck huh?"
He smiled trying to make me feel better But I felt my blood literally drain out of my body do quickly. He had me on my lap and right holding me up and pressing onto my wound.
"Seth.. I love you." I smiled reaching with my dried up bloody hand caressing his face. I know I'm gonna be okay it's just that I'm...getting so ...sleepy.. and my eye lids were getting so heavy. I fluttered to keep my eyes open.
"Don't talk like that! you're gonna be fine! okay?!"
I nodded and leaned closer into his neck keeping my eyes opes and stairing at him until they got here.
"Okay Seth."
*KNOCK KNOCK KNOCK*
Uh... Carlisle and his son Edward came rushing in with Edward trying to take me out of Seth's arms. He growled.
"Seth I have to help her." Edward said slowly inching his hands trying again to pick me up.
"Seth... It'll be okay." I gestured my head for Edwards to pick me up Seth slowly gave me to Edward.
"Clear the table." Carlisle said as Leah and Jacob were already on it.
"Hello again." was all I could say feeling loopy.
"Hello again Layla."
Seth was right next to us as Edward held me bridal style and Seth held my hand, I looked over Edward's Shoulder and smiled at him and saw a tear run down his face.
"Hey.." I grabbed his face with both of my hands as they placed me on the table on my back.
"It's just a little cut... okay?"
He nodded
Carlisle turned my neck and touched near the wound making me wince by the pain and his extremly cold hands.
"What's wrong with her is she gonna be okay?!" Leah said anxiously as I looked at Carlisle waiting for him to say i have hours to live but he was thinking the right way to say it.
*** doesn't our blood heal fast? Couldn't I just... ugh Layla don't think like that! they'll really think something it wrong with you!***
"Layla has a point. Carlise can't she just have her packs blood shot into the wound to cure the wound faster?"
"No their blood can't heal fast enough... unless she has vampire..." They looked at each other then looking at Jacob and the rest in the house.
Seth nodded and went to the other side of the table holding my hand. How do they know I HATE SHOTS!! wait did they say VAMPIRE?!
"V-vampires?!"
"Shhhh it's okay they're our friends."
I sat up about to leave but everything was spinning.
"Jacob hold her down!" I began kicking and screaming since i couldn't speak I'll translate it in screaming. Jacob held my shoulders down as Leah and my legs down and Carlisle talked Edward what to do.
"Let me go!"
"Seth calm her down!!" I was seeing things they looked like faceless people.
"She's starting to hallucinate!" Edward said how did he know that?!
"Layla look at me." I turned to Seth's voice but saw it as Dylan looking evil and scary.
"No!" I started to breathe heavily and made myself faint.
I felt a sharp pain and then comfort. as I began healing making me smile.
What made me smile more was when I was dreaming about Seth
