The next day, Marinette and the girls woke up to eat breakfast.
"Good news girls, I managed to get the Cat-Shifter's Amulet from Adrien last night," Marinette said as she showed the girls the amulet.
"That's great. Now, we can use its power and your necklace and find and stop Hawkmoth," Alya says enthusiastically.
"I agree. But for now, let's get going. My Intel told me that Count Bourgeois has a shipment of taxes he took from some of the citizens. I think it's time some of the town's people money was returned to them," Alix said.
"Couldn't agree more," Juleka said.
"Shadows, let's move get ready for our heist," Marinette said.
After getting in their pirate clothes, the Shadows made their way to the forest, and followed the shipment.
"OK, girls. Just like we planned. GO!" Ladybug said
Timebreaker uses her super speed to catch up to the carriage, and freezes the horse. Princess Fragrance came up and used her perfume bomb to make the carriage driver to fall under the control.
"Servant, move from the carriage, and give us the barrels of gold," Princess Fragrance says.
"Yes, my princess," the driver says.
After grabbing the gold, the girls made their way back to their hideout. The horse was unfrozen moments later, and the effects of the perfume on the driver wore off a few minutes later.
(The driver gasps as he notices The Shadows' note) "OH NO!! THE SHADOWS!!!"
Back at their hideout, the girls celebrate yet another one of their accomplishments.
"You guys keep enjoying yourselves. I'm going to see if I can finish the performing attire for the Feast of Fools," Marinette said as she returned to her work room.
Over the rest of the afternoon, Marinette worked on the clothing. For Juleka, her outfit was black with a crescent moon in the middle, a scarf had designs of a crescent moon, some stars, and a sun. She also added a head accessory and a necklace. Rose's new outfit was 2 parts and pink with some golden yellow. The scarf had designs of a crescent moon, some stars, and a sun like Juleka's. Marinette added earrings, bracelets, a headband, an ankle bracelet, and a necklace for accessories.
"I'll show them to Juleka and Rose tomorrow. For now, we need to get going, and return the money to the villagers of the kingdom," Marinette thought to herself.
"Come on, girls. Who's up for returning Count Bourgeois' taxes to the people?" Marinette asked enthusiastically.
"Yeah!!" the other 4 girls said.
"Let's go!!" Marinette said.
Time skip. Night time
All across different villages in Borealis, The Shadows returned the money to the villagers. Ladybug noticed a few coins out in the middle of the street, and saw a house close to them. Using her Lucky Eyesight and crossbow, she did a trick shot with an arrow, and made the coins roll to the kids of the household.
(A boy and girl notice the coins) "What???" the boy said picking up the coins.
(The little girl sees Ladybug waving at her) "Look!! Ladybug!!!" the girl says to her brother.
Just then their mother comes out.
"There!!!" the little girl said, but Ladybug had vanished.
The little boy hands the money to their mother, before they happily hug one another.
