Death Of Love

Chapter 5

My mother had came into my room.

This was two days ago, when you both first met.

You had left, and she told me she didn't want me with you.

I ran into my room, and had a fucking breakdown. I need you.

When she asked why I was crying so hard, I told her I'm in love with you.

She just screamed at me, telling me how wrong it was. I've never screamed at my mom really, but I screamed at the top of my lungs to get out, as she did.

I was left alone, with nothing to hold on to.

I decided to call my best friend, Grace. She always helps.

"Can you call me? I need help," I texted her.

"Yeah sure, give me a second and I will," she replied in seconds.

That's when my phone lit up, with her name on the screen.

"Grace? Oh god. I can't do this." I was sobbing into the phone.

"What happened, Jupe? What's wrong?"

"She told me I can't be with him, I'm not in love with him. She said it was wrong and that shes scared and I'm having a mental breakdown because I screamed and told her to get out. She can't do this," I'm sobbing uncontrollably now.

"Hey, itll be okay. You'll be okay, I promise. She doesn't understand," he voice more soothing than anything right now, and I found myself believing her.

We talked for a fee more minutes, before I hung up telling her I'll text her.

That's when my mom came back in.

"I'm sorry... I'm just scared, Jupiter," her voice ringing through my ears.

"So am I, I'm so scared mom."

"I know, I'm just sorry for yelling. I just don't think you're in love with him"

We kept talking, and soon she left the room and I was left alone again, still crying, trying to gather my stuff together.

Baby boy I miss you, please come back.

It hurts when I see you, but I'll just smile and wave like any other normal day.

If only you knew, I'm in love with you.

You've done it this time, Jupiter. You've messed yourself up.
