~2 Months Later~
Zeon POV"Baby, I'm honestly exhausted and swollen. Must we go out for lunch? Can't we just order something?" Tayeisha whined as I strapped up her sandals for her.
Tay is now 8 months pregnant and as big as ever, but she's still looking beautiful. She's more tired nowadays and less mobile because of the heavy weight of the baby on her small body. I've started to work from home more often so that I can be here to help Tay when she needs it. This pregnancy has really taken a toll on her.
"You've been cooped up in this house for so long and I want to take you out and let you relax and eat some good food. I've missed going out with you." I said as I finished putting on her shoes and stood up.
"I guess baby. I just feel so much pressure on my pelvis, it's crazy." She sighed and rubbed under her stomach. "You don't think I'm to dress up right?" She asked, looking through the mirror at the long white dress that fit her perfectly.
(Just the dress and hair)
"You look perfect. Let's go cause I made registrations. You ready?" I asked. She nodded and got off the bed carefully. She grabbed her phone before leading the way out of the room.
"Oh shoot, where is David?" She abruptly stopped right in front of the front door.
"My mom came and picked him up early this morning. She needs his help with something." I said, opening the door do that she could step out.
I locked up the house then jogged to the car and helped Tay's extra heavy self into the car. Once she was safely in, I went over to the drivers side and got in.
"I really want some friend chicken babe. I hope that you're taking me to Popeyes." She said as I pulled off into the street.
"I'm taking you someplace better baby." I smirked.
"Smokey Bones? Babe, what if I get my dress dirty? I just might cry." She pouted.
"You'll be fine. I'll get extra napkins for you because I know you're a messy eater."
"I mean, if the food is kickin, I'm not about to waist anytime." She shrugged.
I continued to drive for another 20 minutes and I could tell that Tay was getting frustrated with me. Every time I would drive past a restaurant, she'll sigh and move in her seat. I want to laugh so bad but I'm gonna just hold it in because she looks like as if she's in the verge of tears.
"For real, where are you taking me Zeon? We've been driving like forever." She whined.
I chucked as I sent a text to my mom to let her know that we were 1 minute away from the venue. I quickly put my phone back down and focused on the road.
