Vik's pov:
My train has been late before, it has never been a big deal. I usually get to uni early anyway; today was a different story.
I had been waiting (along with a crowd of others) for my train to arrive for the past thirty minutes. By now I was already late for class and had no time to stop and get breakfast which I didn't bother to eat at home. At this point, I was genuinely pissed off. Deciding that standing was tiring, I sat on the floor of the train platform and held my head in my hands.
After a few minutes of sitting on the floor of an unsanitary platform, I felt a tap on my shoulder. I looked up and didn't expect what I saw. I thought I was going to find a station employee telling me I couldn't sit on the ground, instead I was met by beautiful blue eyes and tousled blonde hair.
The boy belonging to these features was young, maybe younger than me, but he was dressed in a suit as if he was on his way to an important meeting.
"Do you mind if I sit?" He gestured down next to me.
Still staring at the ocean that I swear was trapped in his eyes, I stuttered out a yes.
"What a shit situation. I had important business to get to today, I guess it looks like I don't anymore."
I continued to stare as he looked over at me expectantly, probably wanting me to say something. But I couldn't, he was so handsome it was unbearable.
The man (or boy) chuckled.
"Where are my manners? I'm Harry, I work at the north end bank in human resources."
Harry smiled widely and stuck hi hand out for me to shake, which I did after I finally snapped out of my daze.
"I'm Vikk. I'm a student. A student over at the university. I'm studying civil engineering and am quite late to my chemistry class."
It was his turn to look awe struck.
"Civil engineering?! What a brain you must have on you!"
Blushing and laughing, I covered my mouth with my hand as not to make much sound and draw attention towards myself.
" I should say the same about you Harry, you don't look older than nineteen and you work in HR?"
He stared into my eyes, a smile appearing on his face that stretched from eye to eye.
"Yeah, guess we both have surprises don't we? Guess we're also both quite fucked with our planes today. Say, do you wanna get coffee. It doesn't look like this train is arriving anytime soon."
I stood up, brushed my pants off, and held a hand out for Harry, pulling him up and leading him out of the station.
"I guess this is a yes for coffee then."
I turn around only to find a cheesy smile plastered on Harry's face, one that I wouldn't mind seeing more often.--
I wanted to develop this some more, but I didn't have the inspiration. So here's a crappy little thing that you can take and expand on if you wish.
