Chapter 24: Dude!

Luke's PoV

I look at the time on my phone, 3:45pm. Amelia and Michael have gone to Nandos I think, they left mumbling something about getting food or something. Aimeeleigh and Calum are on a publicised date Mark set up for them in some park. Ella-Mae and Morgan are sat talking about something I don't understand. Ashton is sat on the sofa across from me sipping on a cup of coffee. He didn't get up until 2:30, ever since then he's been drinking coffee and rubbing his head.

"You want some painkillers, Ash?" Ella-Mae asks, making him look up from the cup and at her with a shocked expression.

"Sorry?" He says.

"Would you like some painkillers for your headache? I heard you come in at about half three and you sounded pretty drunk." She says, slightly laughing.

"Sure, thanks. Sorry for waking you up though." He says, as she stands up and walks to one of the cupboards in our kitchen area.

"You didn't wake me. How bad is the head?" She asks.

"It's a hangover headache." He says, making her laugh.

"Two it is then." She says, passing the tablets to him.

"Thanks babe, I mean Ella-Mae." He says, before shoving them in his mouth and finishing off his coffee.

"No problem, Ashton." She says, then sits back down next to Morgan. I look at Morgan and her eyes flicker towards the door.

"Morgan, do you want to go and get some food maybe?" I ask, standing up.

"I'd love to." She says, standing up. She walks towards the door, I glance at Ashton and can see how awkward he's feeling. I look away and follow Morgan out of the bus.

"So, what do you want to do?" I ask her.

"I noticed last night the arena has a cosy little cupboard big enough for two?" She whispers in my ear. I smirk and look at her.

"I like the sound of that." I say, leaning down and kissing her.

Ella-Mae's PoV

"Sorry about before it was a slip of the tongue." Ashton says, after about 10 minutes of silence.

"You shouldn't be apologising to me. I didn't break up with you." I say, standing up and going to the fridge for some water.

"But that's the thing. I should be apologising. I shouldn't of broken up with you. It wasn't your fault I realised that as soon as I walked out of the door." He says.

"I don't know what to say Ash. I feel like I should apologise for it, but I've already done that. I said I was sorry, for freezing like a fricking idiot when some dude I went to school with kissed me, but you broke up with me. Instead of hugging me and saying it's alright, you broke up with me and walked right out the door." I say, opening the bottle of water.

"Now I'm the one apologising. I know I shouldn't of broke up with you, but I made a mistake. I love you Ella-Mae. I can't last any longer without knowing you're mine. Please, take me back. Please, Mae." He says, walking towards me.

"If you ever hurt me like that again. I will chop your dick off. I'm being serious Ash. It'll be right off. No offspring for you." I say.

"Thank God." He says, pulling me into a hug, making the bottle of water in my hand squash between us and go all over both of us. We both pull away abruptly, looking at the mess on our clothes and the floor.

"You idiot." I say, shaking my head at him, but smiling anyway.

"But I'm your idiot and that's all that matters." He says, making me roll my eyes.
