The book of spells

Hours have passed and the four princess's have still not awakened, the ponies were getting worried, what if they never woke up? The ponies paces back and forth not being able to stay still

"How long have they been out?"
Rainbow asked flying back and forth
"For about two or three hours now"
Applejack said
"This is just awful"
Fluttershy said looking down
"Don't worry fluuters I'm sure they will wake up soon"
Rainbow dash said putting a reassuring hoof around her friend, a giant bang caused the ponies to jump
"What in Equestria was that?"
Rarity asked
"Must have been a bomb"
Applejack said looking out the window
"I hope the princess's wake up soon"
Sombra said a worries look in his eyes

As the ponies continued to pace with worried expressions a little purple dragon made his way towards he library, he could be of use by looking for a book that might help wake the princesses faster, spike opened the giant library doors and made his way in, he started looking around he stared with the first isle and made his way down hopefully he would find something. The dragon was now on the third isle when he noticed a book that stood out to him, he grabbed it and the tile said "book of amazing spells", spike smiled maybe he found something.

As the ponies continued to worry spike ran out with the book in his hands
"Guys I think I found something!"
Everyone looked at spike and saw the book
"Bring it here spike"
Rainbow said as she tapped a table, spike ran over and placed the book on the table
"Oh a book of spells!"
Pinkies cheered
"I thought it would have something in it we need, maybe a spell to wake the princesses"
Spike said
"Good job spikey"
Rarity said parting spikes head
"Let's take a look"
Rainbow opened the book as they ponies began to read through the pages
"Hold on what's that"
Discord said places his finger on something that caught his eye
"It's a spell for awaking ponies who have been asleep for thousands of years"
Sombra stated
"So like the dead?"
Rainbow asked
"Not quite"
Sombra used his magic to bring the book towards him
"Ponies who haven't awaken in years, they aren't dead just in a deep slumber a pony  named Graystone was the first pony to fall into a slumber for years and a unicorn by the name of Silverheart found this cure and used it to wake him"
Sombra said looking back up at the ponies
"I didn't even know there was such a spell"
Discord said
"It's been around for years"
"How did you know of it?"
"I read a lot when I was banished"
Sombra put the book back on the table
"I maybe be able to cast this spell but I'll need fill concentration"
"We will stay here"
Rainbow said as Sombra made his was into the room where the princesses where sleeping

Sombra took a deep breath in and closed his eyes concentrating on the spell, he felt as though every muscle in his body was burning and his horn began to burn, he kept his eyes closed as he felt his body lift from the ground, he began to feel dizzy, sweat ran down his head as he opened his eyes and the room became white. Sombra was set back on the ground as he opened his eyes to see the princesses waking up he smiles before falling to the ground
