"H-Help?"
Bill twirled his cane and looked to his right. "Hmm... Yeah, I think I said it right. I need your help, okay? I can explain this later and I just want to get you into a deal. You help me, I give you what you want." Blue flame appeared from his hands and he stared at Mabel. "So, what do 'ya think, Shooting Star?"
Mabel scowled and stared at Bill. One-eyed. Yellow triangle. A demon. No, she wouldn't make this deal. She couldn't do what her family has done before. "Sorry, Bill, but I'm not like my brother nor uncle. Whatever deal you're doing is... Not good..." She reached for her grappling hook but Bill stopped her.
"Whoa, whoa, whoa there!" He went down and when he raised both of his hands, his cane and the blue flame disappeared. "I swear I'm not going to do something evil."
"How would I believe you?"
"Because you're nice." If Bill had a mouth, he could've been grinning. "You see, I just need a tinnie help from you. You see your, ah, 'skills' are just wonderful." He made a blue flame again and reached it out. "I can grant you three things that you want, every time you want, but you must use it wisely. And you must help me."
Mabel looked at him. Three things that she wants? She wants to stay at Gravity Falls forever, with her brother, and just continue all of the fancy adventures they had when they were twelve. Just that, and nothing else. Less school, more fun, more excitement. Bill could grant that, could he?
Bill impatiently waved his hand. "So, Shooting Star?"
Mabel reached out for her hand.
And took it back.
"What?" Bill groaned.
Mabel heaved a sigh. "I don't know what I'm doing here, Bill." She looked down. "I'm tempted to shake your hand, but the consequences that happened when Uncle Ford shook your hand. When Dipper did the same. You granted something good in return, and... It's just..."
Bill rolled his eyes. "Yeah, I know all of those stuff. I know everything! But you see, my hand is getting tired. You just need to shake it and all of these would be over. You could have three wishes - anything you want can be granted! Fame, power, unicorns or ponies! Whatever you want! So, deal?" He again waved his hand.
Mabel closed her eyes, looked away, and shook it. "A deal it is."

Bill suddenly laughed hysterically. No thunder boomed, but his laugh was so frightening that Mabel couldn't even decide whether to call him weird or crazy. Or maybe both. Then she remembered what happened to Dipper when he made a deal with Bill once.
"Ah!" Mabel screamed and covered her eyes. "Are you going to take my body!?"
He stopped laughing and stared at the terrified gal. "What? Ew, no. You're a girl, Mabel. I don't 'take a girl's body'. You see, I see what you have done with Melody and Soos. It worked and now they're getting married and all of those stuff. I just want you to, you know..."
Mabel then looked at him. She didn't understand what Bill was saying at first because things were a bit blurry. Soos and Melody? She poured some matchmaking skills of hers on them, yes, but she didn't get Bill's point.
The demon scratched the back... Of his head... Or maybe his head was his whole body...? "You see, you need to pair me with someone. We need to develop some feelings for each other. I need to admit my feelings for the girl, and then when I do... Voila... I..." Bill thought for something at the moment. "...I, ah, attain human form."
"That's it?" Mabel asked. "You want to fall in love with someone to attain a human form?"
Bill shrugged. "That's it. Yes. We had a deal and a deal is a deal. If you don't help me, then I just might make you my puppet."
"Ew!"
"I know, right."
Mabel groaned. "Okay, okay, I'm going to help you. But just promise that you won't do something bad to my family. That's also a deal."
"Is that your first wish?"
"Yes. What? No!"
Bill laughed. "Sorry, Shooting Star, it's already done." He blew his index finger. "Your first wish gone, so three minus one... You've got two wishes left. Yehey!"
"No!"
"Sorry not sorry."
"Argh!" Mabel stomped her feet and went on ahead to the end of the woods. She didn't like it when her first wish was gone. She could've used it for something better, but come to think of it, it's also good to wish for her family's safety, but... "Agh, stupid Bill Cipher! Stupid isosceles demon! Stupid! An idiot!"
Bill floated beside her. "I can hear you, you know that?"
She looked at him. "I know and you're stupid!" She stuck her tongue out and marched off ahead.
"Hey, Shooting Staaar! We're going to start now!"
"I can't hear you!"
"But you just answered!"
"I know but I can't hear you!"

Mabel met up with Dipper.
When that happened, Bill stopped and went invisible. Mabel looked pissed off just because her first wish was gone. It wasn't his fault that her mouth went haywire. It was meant to happen, and it was okay with him, because it actually meant less work, which is sort of a blessing.
"I swear I saw Bill!" Mabel insisted.
Dipper rolled his eyes and unhappily hang up a sign. "You know that's nonsense, Mabel. We changed - I mean, Grunkle Stan changed him to stone sort of thing last 3 years ago. He can't be alive."
"But he even asked for my help, exchange for three wishes and I already lost the first one!" Mabel crossed her arms and pouted. "He said he wanted to attain human form."
Dipper shrugged.
Maybe you're wondering, can Bill really attain human form? Well, yes, very curious reader. He can attain human form if Mabel did her matchmaking thing. And he didn't just want a human body, because he could've just possessed somebody else there. He wanted to have his own, like, his triangle shape changing to a human body.
Why did you ask? One, pain is hilarious. Second, it's his way to have power. What kind of stupid person would praise an isosceles demon? He just had to wish for a body. And third, he discovered it was one way to be really powerful. Any power he wants, he gets. Once he turns human, it's his choice to be normal, or be a demon.
Of course he would choose the second option. He wanted eternal power. No one could stop him, not even the Pines family that Mabel wished to be far from harm. They were annoying little pests, but at least if he became human, they would be just little annoying insects.
And if he broke the deal?
He doesn't know.
But deals are his thing. And a deal is a deal.
He longed for power. And to have it, he must need Mabel's help. To have Mabel's help, he would just have to show himself to Dipper. Besides, Mabel's always with Dipper, isn't she?
Bill Cipher took a deep breath. He wasn't afraid of anything, not even 'Pine Tree'. He made himself visible again and scream, "Hey Shooting Star! We need to do that deal!" The twins both looked at him. "Oh and hey, Pine Tree! Nice to see you, how are you? Oh wait, you're perfectly funny, you're fine, you're welcome."
Dipper's jaw dropped.
