In the beginni...
I locked myself in the bathroom and tugged at my hair. How the hell could that necklace end up on my neck, or even real. I'm already sick of it, if I just stayed at the orphanage and taken the beatings I wouldn't be here. Suddenly the door opened to reveal my sister. "What do you want!" I yelled not even looking at them. "Maddie, sweetie! Are you ok?" She said as she rushed over to me. I shook my head 'no' and Bella pulled me into a hug. She looked over to the Cullens' as if asking for something. They left leaving just us. "What's wrong, Maddie?"She asked. I showed her the necklace, "I had a nightmare and this necklace was in it. I woke up only to notice that I have it on my neck." I said trying to control my breathing, "Bella, I'm scared" I finished. She hugged me, whispering sweet nothings in my ears while the tears rolled down my face.
"Maddie, how about you go get ready for school, I'll take care of this." She said then kissed my forehead. I got all of my clothes in (in the bathroom obviously since the Cullens are in my room) the bathroom. I wore this:

Rosalie decided to be the one who drove me to school, she drove fast but not as fast as Edweirdo. It was a silent ride, not awkward silence but comfortable silence. She dropped me of in the parking lot with a "have a good day!" at the end. I walked to the front basically avoiding everyone. I looked up once to see Mason making out Brittney. My eyes filled with tears, but i wouldn't let them fall. One tear rolled down my face, but I quickly wiped it away. I started walking away until I bumped into someone. I was about to hit the floor, but someone caught me by my waist. I looked up to see James, I smiled, "sorry James" I said shyly. He chuckled and pulled me into a hug. "It's okay Maddeline" he said. "What classes do you have?" I asked. "I have science, math, world geography, and then computers," he answered. I groaned. "Come on, we literally have only two calsses together!" I said. He groaned too and agreed. The bell rang so we split up, and I went to Mrs. Odell's class and informed her I was new. Of course she already knew that, small town remember. "Just go sit by Ms. Blackwell, Ms. Swan" she said. I made eye contact with the devil spawn. She was fuming. I slowly walked over to my seat. I gulped as I sat down, everything was fine, except that since we're in the back the teacher doesn't pay any any attention to us. Which is good at first, but then Brittany passed me a note.
