Maddeline POV

My eyes fluttered open to find that I was in the castle dungeons. I looked around to see my father, "The prince told me what happened in the bedroom," he began coldly, as if he couldn't yet be any more intimidated his lips turned into a snarl, "you are to stay in here until you make the right choice." He snarled at me. He shut the door and locked it, I was not going to break,
I would not cry
I will not fall apart

Not yet at least....

Next day:

I spent the whole day in the dungeons in my now dirty dress without food. They think they can weaken me, I may get hurt, but I won't be killed, they need me here alive. The door suddenly was roughly opened, I turned to find Marcus standing in the doorway.  He walked in with servants following him, they were carrying a bed, it wasn't too big, it could probably fit one or two people. "Set it down in the corner," he ordered the servants he then turned to me, "you may be in the dungeons, but you still are a princess."he explained to me as his put his hand on my shoulder. He trailed his hand down to my sides, "A very, very beautiful princess," he added kissing my neck, I felt disgusted. "Get off," I tried pushing him away, his faced turned red as he lifted his hand and slapped me. This slap filled with more force to turn my head abruptly. I bit my lip to hold my tears and pain, "you do what I say, remember, if I tell you to stay, you stay, if I tell you to walk, you walk, if I tell you to jump off a cliff, you jump," his face then came alarmingly close, "if I tell you to kiss me.....you kiss." He finished looking at my lips.
He roughly slammed his lips to mine, I tried pushing him away again but he wouldn't take no for an answer. He proceeded to undress me while I pleaded with him, "please! Stop!" I tried, getting no reply, tears filled my eyes with what could happen next. He broke apart from me to take off his clothes, I backed away into the corner of the bed shaking. His eyes scared me, filled with lust, but no love, "please, I don't want this, I don't want you, just leave me alone!" I yelled causing Him to stop unbuckling his belt. His lust filled eyes flashed with anger, he punched me in the eye and slapped my right cheek. I'm pretty sure that it left a bruise, "you don't tell me what to do, bitch! Peasants, clean her up!" He ordered to the servants, but before he left he turned towards me, "I'll have my way with you, one way or another."he threatened.
Tears rushed down my cheeks like a waterfall, he'll have his way with me eventually?! I sobbed quietly laying in a fetal position. I wish I could escape, I wish I could leave, but I can't. I can't shift with all these guards around and the food they give me. I'll never escape here alone, I won't ever see my family again........

Alice POV

(After vision)

"We can't just sit around, especially after seeing that!" Edward argues with Carlisle. Calmly he replies, "we have to wait for-" he begins but gets interrupted by a door slam. Sam walks in with the pack and Mason behind him, my nose crinkles as the room fills with the scent of wet dog. He hands Carlisle a piece of old paper, all wrinkled and slightly faded. "Seratch, that's where they're keeping her, in the castle," he states gruffly as I turn to Carlisle. "Carlisle we need to do something and we need to do it now. Maddie is in trouble and we need to help her." I respond speaking my thoughts, Carlisle nods. Jacob's eyes furrowed, "What's Seratch? Is that a place?" Carlisle nods, "Its not on the map, completely unknown to the world."

Sam, Jacob, and Mason share a glance, "The packs will fight, we always protect the imprint," Jacob states pulling Renesmee closer to him. "We don't know if it will come to that," Carlisle expresses, Sam let's out a snort. "These aren't just shapeshifters like us. Their veins contain royal blood that goes back from many generations. They don't just shift into  wolves, no they phase into any animal possible. They can come with exceptional gifts, they are not as simple as we
are." Sam explains looking Carlisle in the eye, "what can we do then," Edward asks. The pack alphas smirk, "we train."

Maddeline POV

I am awaken by the loud knocking on the door, I reply with a 'come in' but it comes out rasp and hoarse. It turns out that it was Sebastian, "M'lady, your father has requested that I teach you to control your new found powers and your shifting." He explains quickly as maids rush in, "get her into something appropriate," he then turns to me, "meet me at the courtyard once you are finished." He finishes and walks out of the room, leaving me with the servants. Though they are supposed to help me dress I kick them out so I can explore my own wardrobe. I eventually just decide on wearing a pink tank top and some work out pants.

I make it down to the courtyard with the help of two guards to see Sebastian waiting for me. We walk out into the forests which happen to surrounded this castle an we sit down on a log. "Before we do anything physical, you should learn about your own kind," Sebastian begins to explain as I nod.

He takes a deep breath, "First you should know that there are three types of us shapeshifters: the common folk who phase into wolves and only wolves, the royalty kind. You have royal blood running through your veins and because of that you can phase into any animal you please and control the nature before your eyes. Your main animal is a white tiger like your grandmother, my princess. And last there are the werewolves, they phase into wolves, but involuntarily during a full moon. The ones with special abilities are the ones who rule over our world." He explains to me as we sit on the log, but promptly stands up in front of me.

"Now, think of something that angers you greatly, don't let it use you, use it to your aid." He begins calmly, suddenly Mr. Johnson pops into my mind and the orphanage too. All the times they would beat me, starve me, torture me, I begin to shake and soon I'm on all fours. "Think of something calming or soothing to you, let it wash over you and slow your heartbeat," my mind drifts off to Mason and his beautiful eyes. My heart rate decreases and I phase back with my clothes still on. For the next hour we worked on improving my new abilities, but as soon as it started it ended.

Right now we are walking back to the castle, "So princess, how are you liking the new life so far," he asks gently, a lump forms in my throat, "It's amazing, everyone here is so.....nice." I choke out, but it doesn't seem to convince him as his smile drops. "I can tell you're faking it, princess, I don't mean to pry, but it doesn't seem like you are enjoying your stay here," he expresses to me, "you can tell me what's going on." He adds, I look around and see no guards, "its horrible, it's madness inside those walls. The keep me trapped in a cage and they beat me every night, if I don't escape I will rot in this place," I choke out as tears threaten to spill.

Sebastian stops abruptly and turns to me," I know it's hard, I've had to serve them most of my life, but you have to be strong. They will try to break you all they can, they may succeed, but don't let them see that. When they see your pain it only encourages them, be strong so that when your family comes for you they will see that you are not a weakling. They would see a survivor who's been through hell, I will help you get out of here, I promise you that." His words sink deep into me and I let out a real smile that hasn't been shown since I was captured, "thank you, Sebastian," I reply gratefully hugging him. He wraps his arms around me, "your welcome, let's go back now inside now." We walk inside the castle with a peaceful silence hanging in the air. The guards soon surround me and lead me back to my cell, as soon as I enter they close and lock the door, leaving me in the dark.

I will not fall

I will not cry

I will not break down

Not for them

I will survive

Because I am a warrior
