It had been a few days since then. Needless to say, Wraith, salivating triumphantly, bought the motorcycle, which in turn became the bane of everyone's mornings at Beacon, the violent thrumming of its engine waking people at ridiculous hours. But no one dared say anything to him. The boy had much of the female student body swooning for him and the males didn't fancy any sort of physical beating for trying to cross him. Down time changed when classes started up again.

At this particular moment, three-quarters of Team WRPP were attending their history lecture with Professor Oobleck, the single missing member would have been anyone's first guess. Primal and Paladin took their usual seats near Team RWBY and JNPR, whom they had bonded quite well with, whilst Icarus hunkered down in the dark, back corner of the lecture hall, staying eerily quiet today.

Paladin looked around intently and then sighed as if in defeat, gathering the attention of his nearby peers.

"Something wrong?" Blake asked curiously.

Paladin shrugged, his golden armor clinking together softly. "I hoped that Wraith had been turning a new leaf. I suppose his laziness is a little too enticing, however."

It was quiet for a few moments before Weiss jumped from her seat almost excitedly. "I'll go get him." She announced a little too quickly, warranting confused glances from both Ruby and Yang. She mentally slapped herself. 'Why am I all flustered all of a sudden?' She thought as she hurriedly left the room and started the trek towards the dorm halls. A few more odd thoughts crossed her mind as she followed the path that had imprinted itself in her memory, and before she knew it, she was standing before the slightly open door of the dorm room belonging to Team Wrap-up. She pushed it open a little more and poked her head in, hoping to see Wraith up and awake so she could just throw something at him and tell him to hurry up. Not necessarily in that order.

But, lo and behold, the street faunus was fast asleep on his metal cot that was securely fastened to the wall, his earbuds all but embedded in his slightly pointed ears. Weiss rolled her eyes and entered the room, closing the door softly behind her and approaching Wraith's sleeping form. She looked down at him as he slept peacefully.

It was at this time that she took notice of his chest, a blush rushing to her cheeks as the realization that he wasn't wearing a shirt popped into her mind. The intricate shapes and curves of the tattoos that all but entirely covered his somewhat tanned skin made her... uncomfortable. She couldn't put a finger on exactly why, but it just... did. Her eyes scanned the multicolored inks and characters; some looked like letters from languages long forgotten, others like any mundane item you could find in a hardware store on any random street corner in Vale. And then there were the animals and symbols. What looked like a viper coiled up his left ab, peaking at his neck, some sort of tooth outlining a scar that ran from just over his belly-button to the underside of where his lungs would be. But the one that caught her attention the most was... peculiar. Something that looked almost like a spider splayed out into the form of a perfect square, dark webs of green and black intertwining to create... something she couldn't explain. It mesmerized her, and, almost involuntarily, she reached out to feel along it.

And then Wraith's hand shot up and grabbed her wrist. Her eyes whipped up to his face and stared into his blood-red eyes. She expected to see disgust or disdain, maybe even hate in his eyes. But all she saw was... well, it was more a matter of what she didn't see. It was more of an impassive, unseeing, unblinking stare.

Wraith seemed to relax and he loosened his grip on her wrist, which she immediately tore from his grasp. He reached up and took the earbuds out of his ears. He then sat up and looked at her.

It was quiet for a few minutes before the boy broke the pristine nothingness.

"Y'know... it's a little weird. Watching someone sleeping." He broke out into a grin.
