15. Aftermath

HARRY'S POV

We walk away from the restaurant and through the woods. I just couldn't help but help myself but steal few glances at Laney. Every time I did, she had a smile on. I'm enchanted that she liked it. I was not sure I was going to pull it off since I came up with it last minute. Thank goodness I did though.

I try to be sly and slowly entwine my hand in hers. Her hand fits in mine like it's made just for me.

"Do you want to go back home?" I ask her.

"I don't want to. But we've been gone for some time. I'm sure you're sister is already plotting my death if we don't go back soon."

"Maybe. But it's my sister, she can do anything."

"Either way, let's go back. I do NOT want her to kill me."

"I wouldn't say necessary say KILL." I hear a voice and i turn my head in the direction where it came from. I'd recognize that curly hair anywhere. Alia. Wait, how did she even know we where here?

"Really bro? I was just out on a stroll when I heard your voices. So I came to see what you both were talking about. But I got caught, so that took the fun away." She says with a small smirk on her face.

"Did I say that out loud? My bad."

"Oh and before I forget to tell you, mom and dad said to come back urgently. We're having surprise guests." I feel some excitement in her tone. I know who the guests are now.

"Ok. We'll hurry up. You should go back to, don't want to miss saying hello to your favorite prince."

"Hey!" She just gives me a glare and goes off again back to the castle. I turn my attention to Laney when I hear her ask me something.

"What do you mean her 'favorite prince'?"

"She has a soft spot for one of my friends. He's Irish, and is very kind hearted. They've only met twice, but I can tell when my sister likes someone."

"Well I'll have to meet him them. He sounds very nice. Now come on. Let's go already. " Before I know it, she takes off running. You want to play eh. I start chasing after her. She's ahead of me for a few seconds, but I catch up to her. I get her by her arms and swing her over my shoulder. She lets a squeak out making her just more adorable.

"Hey! Let me down!"

"Shouldn't have run off babe. But I will always catch you no matter what." I feel her take a sharp breath. Pretty sure she's blushing for the hundredth time today.

"Let me go Harry. I can walk on my own."

"I'm good with this view." I hear her mumble something I couldn't hear.

"What was that?"

"What was what?"

"What you just said right now."

"I didn't say anything." I love teasing her.

MYSTERY POV

Man, it's been a while since I've been here. And luckily my parents let me come. That is, after begging them for about an hour or so.

"So is Harry here your majesties?"

"I'm afraid he's out for the moment dear. But I already sent his sister to go get him. He should be back any moment."

I hear the doors open, and I turn my body around. Right there in front of me, I see Alia.

"Mother, he's in his way. He was just with Diana."

"Thank goodness."

" I'm here." Then, I look behind Alia and see Harry. Weird, there's a girl next to him. Did I miss something?

"So why did- hey man! Good . See you!" He lets go of the girl and gives me a small hug. He lets go and goes back with the girl. I wonder who she is. I don't recall him telling me anything about her.

"So why did you come here?" He asks me.

"Why? Do I need to a reason to visit my best friend?"

"That is true. Laney, why don't you go with Alia. I got to catch up."

"Sure. Just be aware if anything bad happens in the castle, it's all Alia. Not me."

"Hey! I never cause trouble here. Well, yet anyway." I see Laney give Alia a 'really' look.

Both of them go up one of the towers, while Harry and I go a room. Judging by the style, it's his.

"I bet your wondering about Laney. The girl that I was next to."

"Yeah. You never told me about her."

"She's new. She came to the kingdom when I came back. I don't know why, but I really love her. There's something I feel that I just can't explain."

"Dang man. That's fast. Then again, similar to how I feel about your sister. But I want to take it slow. We barely know each other. Plus, she would probably get mad at me then probably push me straight out of the castle."

"Sounds like her. Anyway, make yourself at home. You can have the room next to mine.

"Thanks man. I'll see you tomorrow. "

I walk out of his room and into the other room.

"Goodnight Niall. Don't dream too much bout my sister."

I am a sorry I didn't update sooner. Something came up, but I forced myself to write for you all. I can't leave you all on the other chapter. So here's chapter 15!
