While Jace and I were kissing, Delaware and Skye walked in. I looked behind me and my brother was holding his hand in front of Skye's eyes.
"Skye, go say hi to Toby." Delaware said.
"Okay!" She said and ran off. Once she was gone Delaware said, "I thought I told you guys not to do that in front of me ever again."
"Hey, we closed the doors." Jace said.
"That shouldn't have happened mister. What would happen if you get her pregnant?" My brother asked as I rolled my eyes at my overprotective brother.
Soon, sadly Jace left.
I got ready for bed and went to sleep.
I woke up and got ready for school. I got on the bus and waited for Jade, hoping she's going to be on. I started to fall asleep and soon all I could see was black.
I woke up by someone poking me. I looked at who was poking me and it was Jade!
"Hey girl!" She said.
"Hey! Guess what?!" I said.
"What?" She asked, obviously curious.
"I'm no single lady anymore." I said.
"Oh my god! Yes! On your dates, I'm so going to be the one doing your hair and makeup." Jade said.
We arrived at school and met Jace at the breakfast table. I noticed Jade and Jace have each other weird looks. Oh yeah, I forgot that they're cousins. Oops. Also forgot to tell Jace about Jade being my best friend. Double oops.
"She's your best friend, isn't she?" I nodded.
"He's your boyfriend, isn't he?" I nodded.
"Hey." A guy said to Jade.
"Go away and leave her alone." Delaware said.
Jace leaned into me and whispered, "Did my cousin just get hit on?"
"More importantly, is my brother being jealous and overprotective over Jade?" I whispered back.
"I think so." He said.
