I woke and rolled over hopping to roll onto Josh. But instead I fell right on the floor." Wha?" I said confused. I heard laughter coming from the kitchen. I got up and walked in.
"What's up! Tina's in the room?" I said." I was just joking with your parents. They are hilarious!" Josh laughed." Mom you made breakfast?" I asked
"Yeah. Eggs and bacon!" She said giving me a plate." So when's the reunion?" My mom asked."I think its on Friday." I said trying to keep the awkwardness away.
"So Tina did you sleep well?" I nodded. I shoved a bunch of eggs in my mouth so no one else would ask questions." You must be really hungry girl!" My mom laughed.
I didn't want to say anything but this was gonna be the worst two weeks of my life. My boyfriend was stealing my parents!
I laughed whenever they laughed to keep things casual. Casually awkward.
