That Girl Band (Liam Payne)

Part 29

Liam went back to England. His band released a new song and made a new video. 'I don't believe you' had raced up the chart, peaking at number 2 and making us household names. The record was released along with a new single, Prisoner. We also made a new video, using the prison footage we shot months ago in Philly. Max's dream of people lining up to date us was coming true. Dating as celebrity is strange. Their publicist called our publicist. Sometimes we met other celebrities at the parties and openings we were getting invited to. I turned down everyone who called but Max, Jesse and Vi went on  dates quite often and Jesse had started to seriously date a young hockey player she'd had a crush on since before we were famous. She had called his publicist. She figured fame worked both ways.

The day of the American Music Awards arrived and we spent the entire day getting ready. The powers that be decided that we needed to look classy on the red carpet, buying us classic gowns and putting our hair into fancy up-dos. We would change before our performance into our normal look. The record company wanted us to impress people and make them talk about us. We all laughed, stepping out in gowns that nearly matched our hair, only a bit lighter. Max in a tight, long, pink dress was a sight to see, to say the least. We walked down the red carpet, turning heads as we walked. We were interviewed by all the big news outlets, most of them asking us about One Direction, questions we ignored as we were told to.

As we walked down the carpet, I spotted Liam, just ahead of us. I wondered if he got questions about us. He turned, seeing me and smiling before turning back. We pushed our way inside, people heading to their seats. I felt someone grab my elbow, pulling me backwards. I turned, seeing Liam with his finger over his lips. I let him keep pulling me until we were in a private office. He locked the door before turning to me, a wide smile on his face. "We got the pictures. And the videos. Part of a plea deal. Everything we found has been destroyed."

I just stood there, grinning. Liam opened his arms and I ran into them, holding him tight. "Why didn't you tell me? Why make me suffer?"

"I just found out, like an hour ago. I was so afraid that I'd have to see you tonight and not be able to talk to you or touch you. You look so amazing. That dress, with your hair up? I just want to kiss you so badly." he moaned.

I knew I should make him suffer, but I didn't want to. I wanted him. His goofy grin, his brown, thoughtful eyes, the lips that could sent me to heaven. I wanted it all. I leaned back, looking up. "Then kiss me." Liam leaned down, pressing his lips on mine, kissing me, over and over, driving me crazy with want. His hands ran up and down my body. "So, you do love me?"

"Yes. Forever. I know I've said it before and I know I've hurt you beyond all reason. I know I don't deserve you. I know you should walk away, but I'm hoping you don't. I'm on my knees, begging for another chance." Liam dropped to his knees, holding my hands and resting his head on them. "I swear, it's real. She's in jail, the threat is gone. She can't ever hurt you again."

"So, it's over? We can be together, in public?" 

Liam nodded, standing and kissing me. "It's over. I'm not leaving you ever again. I've already asked for your band to be resigned for our next tour. Asia, Australia, Africa. It's going to be amazing and we are going together. We are going to see the world and I want to be with you all the time, everyday." He kissed me again. "Now, we need to go win some awards. You guys are seated behind us and Harry already agreed to switch seats with you."

"There is only one problem, Liam!" I said.

He looked at me, concerned. "What? Am I too late?"

I shook my head. "No, silly. I'm just wondering how I'm going to sing a sad song with this big stupid grin on my face."

"I think you can figure it out." he grinned, kissing me once more before pulling me out of the office and heading to the theater so we could win our awards, hand in hand.

One Direction, That Girl Band Big Winners Last Night

The American Music Award were quite a scene last night, first with Liam Payne, of One Direction and Beth Wilshire, of That Girl Band, officially coming out as a couple. They spend the evening holding hands and making heads turn, everyone wondering if this was the real deal. This merger was confirmed by the reps of both stars. Later in the night, One Direction won two awards, Pop Group of the Year and  Album of the Year for their album Four. Break Out Group and Song of the Year both went to That Girl Band. Liam and Beth were spotted leaving the after party together, carrying two awards each. Also, last night....

One Direction Announces World Tour

One Direction are once again set to tour the world, heading to South East Asia, Australia, Africa, Dubai, Europe and North American. This is the fourth world tour for the quintet, who will be joined by That Girl Band.....

Reps for Liam Payne, of One Direction, have confirmed that the diamond ring fans spotted on That Girl Band Drummer, Beth Wilshire, was indeed an engagement ring. The couple plans to marry next year, during the hiatus the band will begin in March of this year....

Liam Payne Opens Up About Life, Love and Music

15 years after not winning xfactor, former One Direction member, Liam Payne, sat down with our interviewer to talk about life after fame, settling down and finding happiness. "I'm happy. I don't need to tour to be happy. It's nice waking up in your own bed everyday, next to your beautiful wife, listening to your children fight over who's turn it is to let out the dog. This is what life is about, not being somewhere new everyday." Liam went on to say that after the birth of their second child, a son, Jamie, he and his wife decided to settle down and raise a family. "Having 4 kids is not easy. I couldn't tour and be around, giving 100% to help raise them. I like being home. I'm in charge of dinner. Beth is in charge of school work. It's all works out" he added with a chuckle.

As the interview continued, Liam's youngest child, 3 year old, Jillian, comes running in, calling for her daddy. "This is my baby." Liam says, pulling her into his lap. "This is why I'm done for a while. I don't want to miss one second of her growing up. My oldest is 9 and I get to coach her football team. My 7 year old is already an amazing drummer. He plays while his brother, Sam, sings. This is what I want to do right now." he says, kissing the head of his daughter who has curled up in his lap and is falling asleep....
