Mingyu-Carnival (final part: Ferris Wheel)

"That one. We should ride it!"
I said again as he spotted my choice. The Ferris wheel. Great ride. And it was new! I couldn't wait to try it and scarfed down my food.
"Woah, hehe excited aren't we now??"
He teased me again. Giggling at my so called cuteness. I only scrunched my nose up and mocked him teasingly of course. It felt as if we had known each other for years. Like best friends hanging out.
"Ok are you done yet?"
"Calm down I'm almost finished my last bite!"
I patted the table hurriedly and bounced a little in my seat. He stood up and threw his plate away. Only to comeback and pinch my cheek gently.
"Come on your the one who was literally gonna pee herself for this!"
He laughed at his one comment and I blushed forcing a little chuckle. My heart again beat faster then usual. Especially around just a random guy I met earlier.
"Oh! Yeah soooo...race ya!"
I jumped up and ran to the ride. He laughed and ran after me. This time I was the one waiting years for him!
"Ughhhhhhhhh did you enter a marathon before??"
He said panting a little. I giggled and patted his back. Then turned back to the line. Wondering how it might go. I mean, the Ferris wheel sign stated it was originally for couples to have romantic times and embrace or whatever. I knew it wouldn't, or shouldn't go that way for us. Most likely....right? I mean we had just met so..this wouldn't happen. Or supposedly.
"Alrighty! Tickets...thank you! Ok, hop onto that cart here!"
The lady gestured to the opened cart with an open door. We walked in slightly bowing to thank her. Once the door closed behind us I felt, a change in atmosphere. Like it was a little awkward, but another feeling was involved. What was it?
"So, (Y/N). Did you have fun today?"
He broke our silence with a convo. I smiled and thought back to our day. The haunted house, bumper cars, yummy foods, toys, and now this.
"Yeah I did....how about you?"
My heart sank once I remembered it was coming to an end. The good times we went through were going to stop and we would just, leave each other. Like we never met. Just become strangers again.
"It was wonderful. I had the best time ever."
He gave me a warm smile. Making me even more sad I wouldn't be able to see it again. He must've noticed my face expression because he asked if I was ok.
"Oh yeah..it's nothing. Really I'm ok."
I said looking away. I didn't want to tell him about how I felt. About the sadness that came upon me when the thought of leaving him was brought up.
"(Y/N) it's ok really. What's wrong? Trust me.."
He said those words like we had known each other for our lives. I felt a tear welling up my eye. He then came to my seat and sat close to me. Taking my chin carefully and again asking me:
"Really what's wrong? Are you honestly ok?"
"Mingyu...I love you. I know we just met but I-"
He suddenly shut the gap between us by kissing me. As soon as he heard me say I love you, his mind looked made up. He grabbed me closer to his body and hugged me tightly. Still kissing me. His lips felt so soft and warm. It was so amazing, and I never wanted to let go.
"I love you too."
He said while releasing and gasping for a little air. The corners of my mouth turned upward and I've felt the most happy I ever had. I hugged him again. Letting some tears fall. Not of sadness, but of happiness. It was the best moment in my life.
Soon after laughing and chatting once again the ride came to a stop and we stepped off. We were both grinning like complete idiots while heading to the gate. Aka the entrance and exit. We stopped and stood there for a minute, both processing what happened here and what to do next. I sighed and hugged him once more.
"So, when can we do this again?"
