STORY TIME~Author's Note

OKAY SO LIKE THIS ISNT MM RELATED BUT I THOUGHT THIS WOULD MAKE UP FOR MY LITTLE ABSENCE

im still in the process of deleting stuff to update my phone, but this happened to me and my friends today and i just had to share it

So, today I went to a rollerblading rink with my friends I haven't seen in a while (I changed schools for my last year of junior high so I don't see them often).

We were rollerblading from 1:00pm to 3:15pm and decided to go to the mall nearby. The first place we went to was, of course, the food court. My friend, DJ, and I got ice cream, while Kami and Rhee got something else, and went outside to eat. We ate for a while (Rhee leaving to get more food and coming back), and when DJ finished her ice cream, she went back inside the mall to get fries. While DJ was inside, Rhee, Kami, and I were approached by two guys who were about high school age.

"You guys want to win two dollars with this magic trick?" One of them asked. The three of us exchanged glances. Two strange dudes just approached us asking if we wanted to win two dollars with a magic trick.

We were confused, of course, so we hesitated for a while. Rhee and I tried to get Kami to do it, since she wanted ice tea and two dollars was enough to get her one. Rhee asked one of them what we had to do and they explained it.

So there were three cards; two Kings and a Queen. What we had to do was find the Queen as one of the guys shuffled the three cards. They did a little demonstration to us twice. Being the kind of person I am, I decided why the fuck not, and did it. I got it right both times.

Then their friend came outside with his camera out and filming us while they did the actual thing. They asked for 25 cents while they did it, so I gave it to them. And while they were filming it, I swear I thought the queen was on the right side, and it turned out to be the fuCKING KING.

I WAS LIKE WHAT.

They were cool people. They left with the two dollars and 25 cents, but oh well. It was really fun.

Apparently Rhee found their instagrams and snapchats because she's a hardcore stalker but we love her anyway.

After that happened though, DJ came back and asked us what happened and we explained it to her. We concluded that the queen was probably in the middle, because they probably did some kind of trick thing where they dropped the queen under one of the kings and made it seem like they put the queen on the right side??

anyways thats the end of the story lmao it was really funny tbh
