Chapter 16

One Year Later. 

"Give me my baby." I said walking out the kitchen and over to the couch where Aalia was holding her baby , she 3 months now and her name is Nova Marie Wallace. She's beautiful , I told Lia she was having a girl she was so mad once she found out I was right but then got excited all in the same breath , Her hormones were no joke. 

"Hey goddaughter, you look beautiful today just like you godmommy." I smiled using my baby voice , Nova had the most beautiful eyes ever . 

"Choochie , have you set a date for the wedding yet ?" she asked getting off the couch to go make a bottle . 

I nodded "June 6." , I kissed Nova all over her face , Lia came out the kitchen and handed me the bottle to feed her . I rocked back and fourth as she drank her bottle . 

I remember when he asked me if I wanted to get married like it was yesterday , of course I said yes, then we ended up getting married at the Justice of piece just something small and now our big wedding is coming soon , I've been planning this for a long time so everything should fall in place. 

"Aww his birthday!" Lia cheered as she sat down next to me , "Yes, his birthday." I giggled , I took the bottle out her mouth since she was sleep and laid her down on my chest. I love this little girl as if she's my own , Not to mention Lia and Melvin are the best parents to her .

"I'm excited for ya'll even though this will be your second time getting married and I still haven't received a ring , Bubbles is even married and I was for sure when we were kids I would be married first." Lia went on . 

"Calm down, he'll propose sooner then you think , He loves you and Ya'll have a beautiful baby girl together." I explained to her as I patted Nova's back. 

"You're right Choochie , I'm just tired of waiting you know?" 

"I understand , but I know he loves you so I'm not worried." 

I put Nova in her playpen next to the couch and put a blanket over her , she stirred a little so I patted her back until I knew she was back in a deep sleep. I looked at my phone as It rang . 

Sexy Husband ;

 Hey baby , I will be home in a little . I want to take you out , look beautiful for daddy. ;) 

Me; 

Okay, I can't wait to kiss you . Love you ;) 

I put my phone down and looked at Lia "What?" I asked as she had a stank face on , "You always smiling when you talking to Deion." 

I shrugged "That's my baby." 

I looked through my closet for something fancy but not too fancy but cute at the same time . "Babe, where we going?" I asked so maybe I could base my outfit on the place . 

Deion came out the bathroom with a towel around his waist "Its a surprise. Just put on them cute jeans I like." He said kissing my neck and putting on his briefs . 

"Okay. "

"Lia when is Nia coming to visit ?" I asked 

Living in San Francisco has been a struggle since I'm away from what I'm used to , but I'm just trying to do the best I can in supporting my husband . Aalia is not the same without Nia here , that's literally her other half but we are officially Football wives and we have to do what we got to do. 

"She said she's coming this weekend , you know Aaron got signed with that big record deal?"

"No way , LA Records? I didn't know Bubby could sing!" I said excitedly doing my happy dance, "Yeah that's the name and me either apparently he had some undercover secrets." Lia said watching me do my dance then lay on the floor.

"I know right!, Babe did you know Bubby could sing?" I asked looking up at him as he came into the room.

"Yeah , He's been my bestfriend since the fake motorcycle days."

Lia and I looked at eachother and start cracking up .

"What?" he asked looking between the both of us.

"You stupid J" Lia said still laughing a little .

I calmed myself down "Wooh! That was funny."

"Where my god daughter?" Deion asked looking at Lia , she pointed to the side of the couch where Nova's playpen was. "She's still sleeping , lazy ass."

I frowned my face up "Don't do my daughter."

"Your daughter?" Deion asked

"Yes , Aalia is my babymomma. Sorry but she just know how to put it down better then you." I smiled and winked at Aalia causing her to giggle.

Deion's face was priceless, "Wow."

I shook my head "Its a shame right?"

he nodded .

"Lets go , we got reservations." He said getting up from the couch and helping me off the floor .
