Chapter 29

Onesty ran up to me. I put the bowl of cereal down and picked her up. "What's wrong?" I asked wiping the tears off her face .

"I had a bad dream." she said laying her head on my shoulder. "About what ?" I sat her on the counter.

"Daddy. "

I put some cereal in a bowl and handed it to her. "What happened?"

She looked up at me and frowned "Dee Dee , I don't want to ."

I chuckled "Okay we don't have to talk about it anymore ." I said putting her on the ground , she looked up at me and smiled running back in the living room where her favorite movie 'Finding Nemo' was on.

I heard my phone ringing and dug it out my pocket. "Wassup ma?" I said putting the phone between my ear and shoulder finishing the dishes .

"My dad called he said he would be a little late because he had to go somewhere so you don't have to come right away ." Sa'Niila said sounding like she was moving stuff around .

I dried my hands and grabbed the phone "Okay, but you can come over and wait with Onesty and me." I yawned sitting on the counter .

I heard talking in the background then she came back to the phone "No its fine your going to have to bring Onesty over here anyways , Lia said she'll watch her while we go to dinner."

"Alright." I hung up the phone and went to sit on the couch with Onesty . "Hey princess."

Onesty climbed in my lap "I wanna go home to mommy ." She laid her head on my chest. I rubbed her back "I know but you not having fun with big bro?" I made a sad face and she looked up at me and put my lips up in a smile formation.

I laughed . "Yes Dee Dee. " she rolled her eyes and laughed as I started tickling her. "Okay okay that's enough!" she yelled trying to get loose . I let her go and she tickled me under my neck , I couldn't help but laugh.

The doorbell rang causing us to stop playing , she ran behind me as I opened the door .

"Princess!" He exclaimed picking her up and hugging her tight.

Maybe I was seeing things but this looked EXACTLY like Sa'Niila's dad , maybe I'm going crazy.

He picked his head up , as he talked to Onesty.

Nope this is definitely him. I opened the door wider and he stared at me "Yes I'm Sa'Niila's husband." I said confirming his unasked question and shaking my head , how in the hell .

"Okay this is awkward. " Travis said laughing awkwardly.

I nodded and scratched my head. "You're my sisters dad and my wife's dad ..imagine how I feel. "

He sat Onesty down as he sat on the couch , "Where do we begin ? How did this even happen?" he asked watching Onesty play with her Barbie .

I raised my eyebrow "Oh you know how this happened. " I chuckled rubbing my chest.

He shook his head "Not what I meant." he laughed sitting back . "So this is what you had to do before having dinner with us." I stated more then asked .

Travis nodded "I didn't know how to tell them I have another daughter . Especially Sa'Niila since we are trying to better our relationship. " he said looking over at me . This is crazy how did I not know my mom was pregnant and how did he not know I was her son , this is confusing beyond anything.

"I don't understand how you didn't find out my mom had a son."

"Me either to be honest I remember her saying something about having a son but I couldn't remember his name ."

"So she never showed you a picture of me?" I asked putting Onesty on my lap and kissing her on the cheek.

He shook his head .

"Ew me and my wife have a sister together." I wrinkled up my face getting the creeps just thinking about it , this is all too wierd to handle at one time.

"Gross." he said making me look at him .

"You the cause of all this!" I exclaimed , making him laugh and nod in agreement.

"You right."

It was silent for a while "Now how you gone tell Sa'Niila? "

His eyes widened "I don't even know." he said slowly.

I let out a breath "well I aint doing it."

We talked for a few more minutes before getting up and going in our separate cars, I was on my way to go pick up Sa'Niila with her dad following behind to be honest I don't know how she's going to take this but I hope everything doesn't go wrong and fights break out cause I can't take anymore drama. I don't know what me and Sa'Niila are doing right now but I know I can't move back in right now , I've forgave her of course and I love her and always will that's my baby but I just need time.
