"Umm..." Jieun said as she held on to the kimbap roll she was about to give to Jimin. Jimin scoffed down the mouth full that he had already been eating and brushed his hands together. He was shocked to see Jieun standing there and couldn't make eye contact.
Jieun broke the awkward silence. "I thought you didn't eat one yet so I was going to give you one."
Jimin got up from where he was sitting he gave a slight bow to her. Jieun bowed back but he rushed past her hurrying back to the waiting room, slightly embarrassed. She looked up and before she could say anything anymore her phone beeped. It was a new message. It was Nari.
From: Nari
Are you okay? Where are you?
NARI! Jieun totally forgot about Nari waiting in line. She hurried back to the waiting room to grab her bag. She quickly explained to Jungkook that her friend was waiting for her, and maybe lied alittle that she was waiting for her at the train station. She quickly bowed to the rest of the boys. "Goodbye."
She turned to Sejin and the rest of the staff and bowed "Goodbye". They all were confused as to why she was such in a rush and bowed back to her. V waved as she ran out "Come visit us next time!"
He turned to Jungkook. "Your cousin is fun to have around. You should invite her more often." Namjoon, who was still eating, shook his head. "We have to be careful though, it might cause a lot of issues."
"Why?" V asked "You don't like having her around?"
Namjoon shook his head again putting his chopsticks down. "No. But even if she's Jungkook's cousin, if others knew that a high school girl was hanging around idols the pubic wouldn't be too happy. Not only with us but especially with her." V nodded in agreement after understanding. Namjoon looked at Jungkook "Do you understand?" Jungkook nodded and went back to playing on his phone.
A stylist noona, Hyejin, looked over at Jimin who was sitting off in the corner by himself. "Jimin, did you eat yet?" Everyone looked over at him and wondered also if he got a roll of kimbap to eat. Jimin still embarrassed "I'm not hungry. Maybe later." When in fact he had already ate a roll secretly in the hall.
V got up and sat next to Jimin. He leaned over to Jimin's shoulder and whispered "You ate one, didn't you?" Jimin pushed him away and V giggled at the fact that Jimin was hiding it. He went back to whisper again "Isn't Jieun-shi's kimbap good?" Jimin pushed him away again for teasing him.
Suga looked at him "Why are you so tensed today Jimin?" Jimin got down on the floor to do push ups. "I'm not. I'm fine."
Suga and Jin looked at each other confused. "Maybe it's cause it's our first performance today." Jin whispered. Sejin got up and called for all the boys to get ready to leave. They all got up and headed out the door to get their mics put in.
Jieun rushed back outside to the long line of screaming fan girls. Right as the double doors into the recording studio opened she spotted Nari. "Nari!" She yelled out and ran back to her spot her friend saved for her.
"Where were you? You took forever." Nari said as the line moved faster.
Jieun gave a slight smile. "Sorry, I got lost."
The line started to get shorter and shorter. As they stepped in Jieun had a rush of feelings come over her. As if she was walking into a new semester with a new homeroom. Feeling nervous but excited and having no clue what was going to come. The stage lit up and she saw all the cameras and people walking back and forth on the stage with wires. Suddenly a man who looked very important came up on stage.
"Are you guys here to see Bangtan?" He shouted out to us.
"YESSS!!" All the girls in the audience shouted. Jieun was shocked at the amount of screaming the girls did. She giggled to herself at the fact that she just saw the boys 10 minutes ago and these fans around her were already freaking out without seeing the boys yet.
Nari looked at her. "What's wrong?" She said concerned of her friends giggle to herself.
Jieun shook her head trying to hold in her laugh. "Nothing."
The man, who seems to be the PD of Show Champion, continued "When the boys come on stage please shout and support your oppa's so that we can record nicely, okay?"
"YESSS!!" The girls shouted again.
Next thing we knew it, the boys came in one by one. They waved at the fans and introduced themselves. The girl next to Jieun screamed "MIN YOONGI!!!" Jieun laughed. That was the most hardcore fan girling she's ever seen. She turned to look at Nari on her other side. And saw that Nari was screaming and waving a sign that read 'Namjoon Oppa I Love You!' Jieun couldn't help but laugh at her friend too.
The PD calmed the crowed down and cued the recording to start. The boys got into their positions. Once the music started to play the girls started to scream again. But this time Jieun could only hear the song. It was just as amazing as before when she recorded their practice video. Only this time it was flashier with the outfits and the lights. All the boys looked so happy being on stage. She saw Jungkook smile so brightly and it made her happy. V and J-hope were charming as ever. Jin was really handsome. Rap Monster and Suga were super cool. And that was the first time Jieun ever seen Jimin smile so widely. She suddenly remembered the awkward moment they had in the hall. Was this the real Jimin?
Without realizing she found herself singing along and bouncing to the song. As they finished the recording the boys waved and bowed to the fans. They quickly ran off stage. That was it? Jieun wanted to see more but the fan girls started to exit the recording studio. She and Nari walked out back into the breezy cold.
"So did you like it?" Nari asked excitedly. Jieun loved it but she didn't want to be too excited in front of Nari, she just might get to excited and give away the fact that she's related to one of the boys and prepares lunches for them occasionally. She nodded her head calmly. "It was enjoyable."
Nari pouted "Just enjoyable? They were so fun, weren't they?" Jieun responded calmly once again "Yeah, they were fun to watch."
The two girls headed to a nearby tobokki stand to eat some snacks. Nari asked again "So do you like anyone of them?" Jieun shook her head "I wasn't really interested in them." Nari whined "Come on, there had to be one. There's Taehyung. He's super handsome."
Jieun thought back about Taehyung and saw him just prancing around her like a kid asking for more kimbap. She giggled to herself again. "There's no way." Nari took out her phone and showed Jieun her home screen that had Bangtan saved on it. She pointed to Jungkook.

"How about him he's cute. He's the same age as us too." Jieun almost choked on her fish cake.
"NO. No way!" She shouted. Nari was taken back by her harsh response "I mean, I like their music, but I don't find interest in them." Jieun quickly explained.
"Well how about Jimin?" Nari pointed to him in the picture. "He's has a baby face but his body is nice. He's the really sweet one in the group."
Jieun looked at Jimin's smiling face in the picture. Was he really sweet? Every time Jieun's met Bangtan everyone has been very nice and social with her except Jimin. It's like he doesn't seem to like her she though. Jieun turned away from the photo and continued to eat her fish cake.
