Melody's POV

Resurrection Castle

I had just come up with my plan and was searching through the hope chest at the foot of the bed for something to help me hope, when Shadow entered the room. " Come on," He said shortly, grabbing my arm and pulling me to my feet. " Lord Ganon wants you." He said with a smirk on his face. Uh-oh I thought as Shadow unchained my ankle. I glimpsed a dagger hilt and grabbed it from the chest. I hid it in my boot, hilt up so I didn't cut myself when I grab for it. Shadow practically dragged me down the long hallway. He threw me into a room at the end of the hallway and slammed the door. Sitting in the middle of the room was an elegant harp. I walked over to it and started to play, the melodious sounds of my life before my parents died making me upset. But I still continued to play, silent tears streaming down my face.

*Flashback*

'Melody," my mother called, walking in front of the cabinet I was hidden in. 'Melody? Now I have you!' she yelled, opening the wrong cabinet. I giggled and she walked to my cabinet. 'Got you!' She yelled, opening  my cabinet. She grabbed me under the arms and spun me around to the floor, where she started tickling me. I was laughing so hard tears were streaming down my face. Then my mother heard something, because she grabbed me and we ran out of the house. There was fire everywhere, and out side of our door was my father, in his uniform, lying dead on the street. My mother picked me up and we started running,  out of castle town with everyone else. There were gerudos on the roofs, shooting arrows at people. One hit my mother in the back of the head. She let me go and I knew where to go. The Kokiri Forest. My father was one of the people that got premonition dreams. He knew this would happen, so we trained on what to do when it did.
