Melodys POV
Temple of Din
After Link opened the second door and we entered, the Ghirahim guy appeared. Link drew his sword and....growled? Ghirahim strode forward and tried to grab me. Link grabbed his wrist and twisted it. " What are you doing here?" He spat. What was up with him? " Isn't it obvious? I need a hero. And since she's weaker ......." Ghirahims voice trailed off. He looked at me mischievously. "Don't you ever touch her again! " Link whispered. He was definitely acting strange. Ghirahims smile widened. " Thanks for the idea, Hero, " he said, grabbing Links sword before anyone could react. Throwing it to the side, he grabbed Link around the neck and dissolved into sparkles. My eyes widened as I yelled No and ran at the glitter cloud. Sliding onto my knees when they dissolved, I started to cry. After a while, a light appeared. It was the girl. The girl my father died defending, only older. The Princess of Hyrule . I stared as she turned from a hologram to flesh and bone. " Princess," I said, my voice still upset. I didn't bow or anything to show that she was royalty, and I think she appreciated that. " Hello, Goddess of Death's Hero, " she said. She retrieved Links sword from where it lied and I almost started sobbing at the sight of it. " The other Hero, the Holder of the Triforce of Courage, this is his sword. " It wasn't a question. I nodded and she continued. " You wish to get him back?" She asked. You have the Triforce of Wisdom, you figure it out. I thought. " You must visit each of the goddesses temples and retrieve the Power Orbs. I shall take care of the sword for him until he returns. " I just blinked. " You heroes really are silent and unemotional. " She joked. " Look, I remember every soldier that died protecting me, especially your father. I am very grateful. Take this, please?" She handed me a necklace with the triforce on it. " Thanks" I said, before she faded into light again.
