I got up afterwards to clean myself up with instructions from Tyler. Once, I had finished I returned to my room to find the boy had slipped his boxers back on. He was currently bent down digging through my bottom dresser chest where I kept my sweat/pajama pants. "Can you grab me the black ones" I mutter rubbing a reassuring hand down his back as the boy continued to dig around. "Here" he said his eyes still scanning the chest for the pair he wanted.

"If you're looking for my freshman year football sweat pants you wore them home last time" I said as I reached above him into one of the other chests to retrieve a t-shirt. "I remember I'm looking for another smaller pair" he huffed continuing to dig through the clothing. I took the initiative and got a shirt out for him as well before I walked back and plopped down on my bed.

I scrolled through my phone distractedly until I heard the dresser slam shut. I looked up to see that he found a really old pair of sweat pants that originally belonged to an older cousin. "Wow, I forgot I owned those. C'mere I got a shirt for you." I instructed sitting up on the edge of the bed with my thighs spread so, Tyler could stand between them. When he got within arms reach I pulled him close and pulled the shirt delicately over his head. The boy's smile popped out of the hole in the shirt and I couldn't help but lean up to kiss the corners of his mouth.

"Don't you think it's bad that you have clothes that you don't even remember owning" he giggled against my lips and he slipped his arms through the old t-shirt. It was over sized on the boy but, the dingy shirt never looked better. "Not my fault! Mama Dun loves to shop." I say as I snaked my arms around his thin waist and rested my head against his clothed chest. He responded by running his light touch through my overgrown hair. We both stayed there for a while, just enjoying the closeness.

I was so comfortable I could've fallen asleep right there but Tyler's voice made my eyes fly open. "What do you wanna do, Joshy" he questioned as the boy continued to play in my hair. "Nap" I muttered against the fabric covering his chest. My hands moved from around his waist and tangled themselves in his shirt. "Alright come on" he spoke pulling away to find a place on my full bed. As soon as we laid next to each other my eyes fluttered shut and I was fast asleep.

When I awoke about an hour later Tyler was still fast asleep. If I was being honest he wasn't the most graceful when asleep. But, I didn't mind at least he didn't snore and, for that I was thankful. I was beyond thankful for Tyler's presence in my life after everything we've been through. This is a great time for us. Since we had begun dating shortly before break we had this short month to be together with no judgements from our peers. Which, wasn't an issue for Tyler but something I wasn't looking forward too.

"Josh stop looking at me you're creeping me out" he muttered sleepily before he rolled over to face away from me. It hadn't even occurred to me that I was staring until he spoke up. "Sorry, you're really pretty" I say as I pulled his back against my chest and tangled my legs in his. "Shut up" he said jokingly. I saw a smile tug at the boy's lips and I knew he wasn't good at accepting kindness. That was possibly because he rarely received it. I felt like every time I said things like that he doubted them and I wish he wouldn't. I wish he would understand how truly fond I am of him.

"Josh I think you got a text" Tyler mutters shifting around uncomfortable to retrieve the phone from under him. Eventually, the boy sat up and searched the several layers of blankets. Finally, he found it and it was obvious we both acknowledged what was on the screen. His expression dropped contemplating for several second before he spoke. I honestly wished I didn't have to hear his reaction because I assumed he was gonna be angry. But, when the words left his mouth he didn't sound angry at all. He sounded hurt and that was even worse.

"Josh why is Elysa texting you"
