The 3rd wheel lovers

I woke up in the hospital in extreme pain. hrm what happened? it was probably my brother beating me up. surprised? no not really. Mad? no grateful i was knocked out. I am 13 and have been abused by my brother for 8 years. I've been hospitalized 15 times, but only 13 of those time were because of him the other times were stupid things i did.You think the hospital would question it. nope we move too often. I tried to remember what happened. the last thing i remember is him throwing me down the stairs.i looked down at my self to find myself already changed into a this hospital gown that offered no protection to anyone who would walk in. my body was covered in fresh scratches and bruises. i moved a little and winced. yep somethings broken. As pondering all this i jumped as the doctor walked in. i pulled the sheets up to my neck to protect my self. It was embarrassing I'm a 13 year old girl and hes looks in his late 20s and a man. he had pale skin and golden eyes and  hair. he was quite handsome.

"hello I'm Dr.Cullen" the man said

"hi there I'm assuming you know me but I'm pepper" i replied. the man chuckled

"so pepper do you remember anything?"

"a few things but first Dr.Cullen can you tell me what you know?"  i asked

"OK. so fist what the man told me was-  "

"sorry but names please Dr.Cullen" i asked politely

"of course" he continued.

"so a man named jack came in with you and he said that you were in your room and they called you down for dinner. you tripped down the stairs and they think you broke a rib doing that."

"sounds like me"i murmured

" he then informed me that you were cleaning the gutters off the roof when you fell off the roof. now i know it sounds like its missing bits and pieces but that's all they told me. i don't believe them though you see i found records." Dr.culled explained

"oh?"i blushed. He has to know i was abused. just the look of sadness in his eye. But what will happen? i mean if they get arrested, what will happen to me? probably an abusive orphanage. What if though i get adopted by a loving family? that's too much to hope for.

"here lets start to bandage you up. a broken rib, internal bleeding,broken finger and fractured toe. mostly minor things."Dr.Cullen told me

"so Dr.Cullen-" i started but he cut me off

"no please call me carlisle"

"OK carlisle um not to be nosy but can you tell me about your life?like i just wanna know what a normal life  is like"

"no worries i understand but trust me my life is far from normal"  he laughed he told me that he and his wife esme adopted 5 kids. since they are adopted the are all 'together' he said that their kids were all dating,  jasper and Alice,Emmett and Rosalie and Edward and Bella but they are married and have a girl my age named renesmee or nessie is her nick name. when he finished  he told me he'll be back in 5 minutes with his family. I laid down on the hospital bed when about 5 minutes later my nightmare came true. 

jack (my brother if you haven't  realized)came over and punched me

"what the heck! how did you get in here?" i yelled and sobbed  

"wow you worthless soul i walked!"

"i would hurry Dr.Cullen will be back and he'll get you arrested! he actually knows what family means and he promised to protect me" i yelled

"oh shut up you weren't supposed to tell anyone it was our secret!"he approached me i curled up in a ball. at with that he picked me up a threw me across the room just before i landed carlisle and his family(I'm assuming) walked in.
