I walked into the front door hoping no one would be here. nope. once my foot landed on the floor I was attacked by Emmett.

"Listen before you guys decide to drink my blood, I'm sorry I was so sassy with you guys" I apologized. I really was sorry.

"Hey it's ok we did push a lot on you." ok why is Emmett being nice, well sorta nice he has me pinned to the floor.

"She's suspicious." jasper said. wow when did they all walk in?

"Ya I am... what secrets do you want to know?" I asked I'm not stupid... most of the time.

"What did Leo want to talk to you about? besides asking you out" Edward asked. well its impossible to lie now! wow this sucks, I feel bad for poor Nessie. I mean your parents always knowing if you lie!

"Hello earth to pepper"

"Wha? oh he umm... he just wanted to uh no more about me?" it came out like a question. I felt tears pool up in my eyes. poor Leo.

"Why are you crying? what did he do to you?" Bella asked me and came over and hugged me. stop crying pepper, think about the necklace he gave you. now try not to studded

"He didn't do any-anything. it's what ha-happened to him" I sniffled

"Do you want to tell us?" esmee asked. I do but I'm too upset. I was hoping Edward was reading my mind so that he would tell jasper to calm me down hint hint Edward hint hint! ok I feel calm good thanks Edward

"Leo told me that since he was little he never had a father. he got along great with his mom. they were both great with machines and building stuff. he made me this." I pulled out the locket he gave me

"Oh my word that's beautiful!" Alice gasped

"Open it" Rosalie urged. I opened it and everyone gasped as the flame flickered around.

" The part is that, well here Nessie try to open it." I closed the locket and handed it to her. she opened it but no flame appeared.

"When he gave it to me he said that 'the flame only burns for you like my heart'" Awes came from all the girls

" The kids not that bad" jasper laughed

"Now back to leo" Edward said unamused. ha wish you would of thought of that? Edward glared at me, I returned a smirk.

"Fine" I said. I told them about Leo's mom death caused by fire,how he can't hold a foster home, all about him, my boyfriend.
