"hey chillax pepper" edward whispered to me. did he just say chillax? did he really just say that. carlisle opened his mouth to speak but i cut in

"adopted, evvery single one of us,so before you think we're creeps because well you might get confused if you ever see something like well odd if they do anything together"

"pepper you amade no sence after you said adopted,sorryy" leo said awkwardly

"yes i believe she did say that confusingly, you see eveyone here is dating another cullen except nessie and pepper. My wife,esmee and i let them do this beccause, well they aren't technically brothers and sisters." carlsile explained much more clearer theen i did

"wow i thoguht you were all related because of golden eyes and albino skin and you all look really young for your age." leo tried to sound interested but he looked suspicous "carlilsle, right peppers father? you weren't going to say adopted were you"

"no leo i wasn't but what i was about to say is up to pepper too decide." i smiled thankfully at carlisle.

"ok now that he thinks i'm a freak and is probaly wondering how y'all new already go home and tell nessie im gonna hurt her ok? now leave me and leo alone!" i sassed angrly.

"ok sass master" emmet threw his hands up in the air and they walkede away

"that was too easy" i wonder suspiously

"hey i dont think youre a freak, well maybe a little but i like that cause i'm a ffreak" he laughed. i just smiled. wow i have a boyfriend ekk! and do you ear how adorable he is!

"What do we do now?" I wondered

"Well I want to know more about my girlfriend so lets go at the questions, and please don't offended! ok are you adopted?" Leo asked me seriously

"Ya I am but i'll save the details for another time." I almost whispered as tears pooled in my eyes from the memories. thankfully I wiped them away before he noticed

"Tell me about your family?" I came out like a question whoops.

"Well I haven't had a dad since I was born so I have no siblings, and my mom" he stopped and wiped his eyes

"She-she died in a fire when I was 7" more tears poured out of his adorable eyes "I'm supposed to be a man but I can't! I just can't do it! I'm a foster child! I just can't handle it! iI'm sorry!" he cried. wow he just shared that with me? and I can't say I was abused? wow he has no mom or dad! he's a foster child

"Oh Leo I'm so sorry you are just so funny I never thought that you had to o through that." I sympathized and hugged him

"Hey a sexy guy like me has to have some troubles and if I knew that all I had to do to get a hug from a girl is tell them about my past I would of a long time ago" he laughed and sniffled at once.

"Hey Leo I think I can tell you the details of me um being adopted, well first don't have any sympathy on me ok?" he quickly nodded "ok so I have a brother his name is jack, ok laugh at my parents creativity" i added seeing him suppress a smile.

"Pepper jack! oh my gosh iI'm sorry' he laughed I even cracked a smile

"Ok anyways when I was 4 mom and dad weren't home. I was watching television like I always did he was 12. Ya 8 years older we are that far apart, but anyways back to the story. he got mad at me, I don't know why. we'll anyways he just picked me up and threw me down the stairs. he did that to me every week until I was 8 then everyday he would hit me. soon my parents joined in. i was hospitalized so many times we had to move so he wouldn't get caught. last year I was hospitalized after he beat me up. Carlisle checked my hospital records. something no one else did. so my parents and jack got arrested and I became a Cullen." I only cried a little most of it was anger though

" I know I promised that I wouldn't sympathize but I can't believe you went through that! listen to me. we all had our hard times but that's horrible, I do promise I won't ever say anything about that again though." he came over to me and hugged me. I couldn't help but laugh because we feel over and he landed on me, technically, he was kinda in push-up form over me. wow this is such a cliché position, but never the less cute. Leo leaned in to kiss me but of coarse that didn't happen

"Well hello there pepper and friend! Hope we aren't interrupting anything are we?" Leo rolled of me an I jumped up in embarrassment. I looked around to see who said that. then I saw them, Nessie and Jacob.

" I really hate you right now Nessie!" I sighed

"Love you too" she said as she stuck her tongue at me.

"Watch your mouth pepper! that's my girl friend!" Leo's jaw dropped

"You're like 17! She's like 14! isn't that like illegal?" Leo said flustered his voice getting high. aw he's so cute!

"None of your business kid!" Jacob growled. wow he's defensive.

"Ok ok sorry dude." Leo backs down

"Why are you here?" I know it's rude but eh i just don't care.

"To embarrass you duh!" Nessie laughed

" We already got that thanks!" I was just so mad right now I didn't care.

"hey listen i'll be right home just leave us alone for one hour, please it that too much too ask for?" I begged

"Well somebody's cranky" Jacob muttered causing Nessie to snicker

"Well actually she is being sassy! there is a difference" Leo stood up for me, again.

"Ugh fine we will leave you alone but be home before supper young lady" Nessie said in a mothering tone.

"And you" she turns to Leo "don't try anything funny on her, trust me we'll know" she threatened

"Don't worry ma'am" Leo said as he bowed and they left

"Why are they leaving so easily? my family never makes things easy...."

"They could tell something was wrong. i guess they thought they pushed too far?" Leo guessed. I loved the next hour but it was nearing towards dinner so I had to leave. I already had a nickname: peps I liked it. his was Undetermined yet. I mostly called him ash because he always jokes about him being hot, and I told him his fire died. I also called him fat lard because of how we meet. who knows what will stick. I personally liked fat lard, he didn't though. even though I had a fantastic time with Leo I couldn't stand the scared ness I felt as I reached the Cullen's house.
