"you look like a fuckboy," selena laughed, digging her face into pillows.

"i like your laugh. it's cute," justin smiled.

"it sounds like a dying whale's," selena frowned.

"no, no! it's cute," justin argued. she's such a cutie, he thought.

selena sighed heavily, while justin only proudly grinned.

"why did you want to facetime me?" selena asked, confused as to why he had taken a sudden interest in her. not many people were actually interested in speaking to her. at least that's what he said, she thought, frowning at the memory.

"i wanted to sort of see you and hear your voice," justin spoke, breaking selena out of her thoughts. she slightly smiled, glad it wasn't a comment like 'you're just hot'.

hours passed and justin and selena still continued to talk. as much as selena hated to admit it, she quickly grown used to justin.

selena yawned, before glancing at her clock. 11:13 p.m.

"selena, i can see you're tired. go to sleep," justin grinned. they had been talking for six hours now and he found her to be the cutest thing ever.

"mhm," she mumbled tiredly, before slowly shutting her eyes.

"goodnight princess," justin whispered, then ended the call with a slight smile on his face.
