Chapter 2: Hanging Out....As Friends?

Normal POV:

Natsu looked at the address, "Wait....does Lucy live in the same apartment as me?"

Natsu simply shrugged and drove to the address that's been written down. As he was driving, he noticed that he was driving in the same direction as where he lived. He pulled up to the apartment's parking lot and removed his sunglasses.

He nodded, "So, I was right, she does live in the same apartment building..."

Natsu walked to the apartment's stairs and goes to the third floor and to room 9A. He looked at the door and the the door next door.

He asked himself, "Is this my new neighbor?"

He lifted an eyebrow and knocked on Lucy's apartment door. Lucy opened the door and she saw it was Natsu.

She squealed, "NATSU?!" and quickly closed the door.

He said quickly, "Oh, Uh I'm sorry for coming at a time like this. I didn't mean to intrude....but I JUST CAME TO RETURN YOUR BOOK."

Lucy opened her door and grabbed her book, smiling, "Thanks Natsu."

He saw that Lucy opened her door wider and he saw that Lucy was in a bath towel.

He felt uncomfortable and said, "WELL YOU KNOW WHAT LOOK AT THE TIME, I HAVE TO GO...UM...MILK MY COW."

Lucy saw Natsu run to the next apartment door by the left side of hers and she said, "Uh...did I do something wrong?"

She saw that Natsu opened the apartment door and walk in. Lucy closed her door also, and she spoke to herself, "Huh, so he's my neighbor..."

~The Next Day Natsu's POV~

Dammit, the fact that I intruded Lucy was an embarrassment. I know! I'll make it up to her! But how? I walk towards my cat, that's blue, Happy. I pick him up and I ask him, "Oi, Happy how should I make it up to her?"

I mimicked Happy in a squeaky voice, "Why do you care so much?"

I replied to myself, "Because I don't want her to think I'm a fuckin perverted man that saw her in a bath towel without apologizing!"

'Happy' said, "Then take her somewhere that makes you happy!"

Then I thought of it, "I can take her to the Fairy Tail NightClub!"

I dropped Happy on the floor, BY ACCIDENT, and left to grab my things. I then noticed I dropped Happy, "SORRY HAPPY! I'll make it up to you with some good fish for dinner, Ok? BYE!"

I ran out of my house and knocked on Lucy's door. I heards Lucy say, "Coming..."

When she opened her door she saw me smiling, "Natsu? What brings you here?"

I said really quickly and still smiling, "I wanted you to forgive me because i interrupted you yesterday and I didn't say sorry so I'm gonna take you to Fairy Tail Nightclub!"

Lucy barely understood me...I think, "You want to invite me to a nightclub because you didn't say sorry from what occurred yesterday?"

I nodded, "Yep, pretty much!"

Lucy smiled at me, "Alright fine, but don't you think it's too early to go at 6AM in the morning?"

I had a dumbfounded look that was glued on my face. I facepalmed myself and apologized, "Oh, I'm sorry Luce, but can we go...tonight? Sorry for waking you up so early..."
