Chapter 20| Fall Dragon Festival (Part II)

Lucy's POV

As we prepare the Fall Dragon Festival, we head to get ready. We finished decorating three hours tops, but we managed to finish before it even began. The boys finished later on that day. But we finished the whole thing later on that day. The festival was going to start at Seven in the morning, and we finished at 12AM. So we had six hours of sleep since we had to get at the festival thirty minutes before. We did have school today, but all we're going to do is just be at the festival the whole day until after dismissal we have the choice to leave. I was getting ready to sleep but there was only one thing that was making me stay up... Natsu and Happy. I could hear "both of them" yelling. I put on a pair of black sweatpants and put on my black converse and slipped on a Dodgers shirt (L/N (Lucy Note): Don't judge me.) and head outside to go resolve Natsu's problem. I needed sleep and that's what I will get.

I knock on his apartment's door and Natsu opens it. He was shirtless and just wearing a pair of gray sweats. WHAT THE HELL IS HE DOING SHIRTLESS? I blush at Natsu's bare chest.

"Uh, Luce, you're kinda drooling." He said making me snap out of my thoughts. Holy shit he has abs... WHAT THE HELL AM I SAYING?!

"Am I? I guess I smelled something good." I answer, more like saw something good. A voice said in the back of my head. WHAT THE FUCK?!

"What do ya need Luce?" He asked.

"Well, I need to sleep and you're yelling." I said shaking my head doubtedly.

"Oh yeah, come in. I need to show ya somethin!" He said and drags me inside holding onto my hand.

And then he steps on Happy's tail. "Shit! Sorry Happy!" Natsu yelled but I simply giggled.

"I read this from a magazine that there was this good bakery a couple of miles heading north. Wanna come? I'm bringing Gray and Erza." He yelled in excitement and shows me the magazine where the place was. It was called Collin's Bakery. It was owned by this famous Baking Chef named Collin. I guess if it's on a magazine then it must be really good, right?

"Sure, I'd like to come. When are we leaving?" I asked as I yawned a bit.

"Well, do you wanna go in the morning before we head to the festival?" He asked and yawned too.

"Heh, it's contagious." We both said in unison. We both smiled and I nodded.

"Well we should get some sleep, wanna come sleep at my apartment? You can bring Happy along." I offered and his eyes lit like if it was Christmas Morning and he found his presents.

"Sure!" He yelled and sprinted out of the kitchen. He accidentally kicked Happy on the way to the door. And Happy, well, he kinda went flying to the floor. That poor little guy. I grabbed Happy and turned off everything in Natsu's apartment. I grabbed his keys and his cell phone. I locked his door and headed to my apartment. When I arrived Happy was sleeping in my arms. I put him on my couch and I head to my room.

Where, I find the shirtless pinkette doing push ups in my room. "C'mon Luce, we gotta get our blood pumping."

My eye twitched and I shrugged and playfully punched him in the shoulder as he got up. "Natsu, you should be sleeping not doing exercise." I say and lay down on my bed and cover myself.

I pat on the empty spot giving Natsu the sign that he could sleep next to me. He smiled and climbed on the bed. "Night Luce."

"Good Night Natsu." I mumbled and felt Natsu kiss my forehead and I smiled. Then drifted off to sleep.
