Chapter 7| First Day

Lucy's POV:

It's been a week that Zeref has came to Magnolia, Natsu and them have been fighting a couple of times but it's kind of funny and cute that Natsu gets so jealous for the smallest things. He can be such a huge sweetheart...WHAT AM I SAYING! JEEZ I NEED TO GET THESE THOUGHTS OUT OF MY HEAD! TODAY'S MY FIRST DAY OF GOING TO MAGNOLIA UNIVERSITY AND I CAN'T BE THINKING OF NATSU! What if he's a student there? *panics* I hear Natsu's door close, I guess he's going to work early? Or maybe school? I wonder if he attends there. Well I'll just have to wait and find out.

~~~TIME SKIP: 20 MINUTES BEFORE FIRST PERIOD STARTS~~~~

Lucy's POV:

As I get to school I see that Natsu has texted me:

*Natsu: Heya! Sorry I didn't say Hi in the morning I had to go to work early.

*Me: Oh, I completely understand...

*Natsu: I never got to ask you.

*Me: What is it?

*Natsu: What do you work as?

I was about to type in 'I don't work, I'm in Magnolia University' but Levy interrupted me and took my phone away from me.

I said quickly, "Hey! I need that!"

She went through my messages and she shook her head in disappointment, "Damn you, Dragneel."

I scoffed, "Hey it's better than Zeref..."

That's when Zeref appeared out of nowhere, "What's better than me?"

I jumped in shock and in fear, "Uh....CHOCOLATE IS BETTER THAN YOU!"

He smirked, "I agree, so how's dating my brother like?"

Levy squealed in happiness, "OH MY GOSH! YOU'RE DATING NATSU?!"

I grabbed Levy by the hand and took her away from Zeref, and I explained everything to her.

She nodded and she smiled, "So that's why you asked me 'how do you know if a guy likes you'."

*Doki* *doki* *Doki* *doki*

I nodded in agreement, and we walked to Zeref. Levy said in a tone, "HOW DARE YOU TRY TO ASK OUT LU-CHAN! SHE DOESN'T WANT YOU TO GET INTO HER PANTS YOU ASSWIPE!"

Zeref was stunned by Levy, "What the hell I haven't dons shit yet!"

Levy grabbed Zeref and said, "You try to hurt Lu-chan or get in the middle of NaLu! I will break you and smash your balls until you can't fuck anyone again."

Zeref looked like if he was intimidated by her actions. He nodded, "YES MA'AM!"

I chuckled nervously at Levy's actions, and the bell rang. Period 1 here I come!

~~~~Timeskip to Lunch~~~~~

Lucy's POV:

So, it's finally lunch and I only need two more periods to complete the first day of school. Levy and I were at the library reading some FanFictions online about Once Upon A Time. I ship Emma Swan and Captain Hook like how I ship toast and jelly! I'm so weird. We got to eat lunch in the library so I was eating a sandwich with some chips, an apple, and drinking water. Levy was having a fuckin buffet. She was eating, tacos with fries, a cupcake, a soda, and some celery sticks while reading her book. I shook my head and thought, 'She would'.

The bell had rang to get to period 6. I checked it, Honors English. And then Period 7 was journalism, with the same teacher.

Levy had all my classes, even this one. Yay! We walked to the class and we walked in. That's when I saw a pink haired male. It was....Natsu but he's not wearing any uniform...wait a minute.

Natsu instructed, "Alright period 6 let me get my seating chart and I'll instruct you where you sit." That's when he noticed me and his eyes widened like giant O's and he mouthed the words 'Lucy'. He cleared his throat, "Sorry, ok let's do the sitting arrangements, there are 15 students, so let's do 5 in each row."

In the first row was, Yukino, Rogue, Jenny, Zancrow, and this one guy that I can't remember his name.

The second row was, Levy, Me, Cana, Juvia, and Bisca.

The third row was, Gajeel, Zeref, Bacchus, Lyon, and Alzack.

Zeref was right next to me and he was bored to death. I can't believe Natsu was a teacher...but he looked so young. I put my head down and thought of all the fun times I had with him. Zeref saw me disappointed, and He whispered, "What's the matter?"

I said as low as possible, "I didn't know Natsu was a teacher..."

Zeref was confused and he said, "You mean he never told you?"

I shook my head and making the reply seem as a no.

Natsu's POV:

I didn't know Lucy was a student, I thought she was a young adult of the age of 19 or 20 but I didn't think she would be 17. I'm 23 years old. I'm 6 years older than her...this won't work out...I signed the papers already and if I try to avoid her Zeref would just try to get her. DAMMIT! I saw Zeref and Lucy talking...she must be talking about how she didn't know I was a teacher. I should've asked her age.

I cleared my throat and I smiled, "Alright, My name's Natsu Dragneel and I'm your Professor for English and Journalism. I have you all for seventh period to, so when we have the time to go to your next period you will use that time to go the restroom or drink water. You guys can call me Professor Natsu or Professor Dragneel. Whichever is fine as long as it's not Natsu-sensei, because I do not like that last part. Ok, so I know it's barely the beginning of the year but I will assign you guys to write an essay about one of your favorite parts of summer. You have the rest of the period to complete this assignment, so you may all start."

I hope Zeref won't say anything bad about me. Luce, I don't want to lose you though.
