West Shore High's Secret

Chapter 5

So after Bianca's and mine little story time in the cafeteria. We made our way through school and went to see Chelsea seeing as she was sick. We explained Chelsea everything we did in school and even the story and my suspicion about Connor and the Professor.

"I don't think that's possible" Chelsea said

"But think about it, don't you think it's a little suspicious that Mr.P just suddenly doesn't show up and not even a week after Connor goes missing in school?" i asked with my eyebrows raised

"I know, but the police did check the whole school" Chelsea said

"Actually they didn't" Bianca said

Chels and i turned our attention to her and then back to ourselves and then back to her.

"What do you mean, of course they did that's their job" i said shaking my head

" No I'm serious they didn't, see they did check the school but they skipped the school 3rd floor, well because all that's up there is furniture." She finished and Chels asked

"How do you know that?" i agreed and turned towards her

"i had a free  period today well technically it's gym  but i sort of skipped anyways the point is what Jess and i talked during lunch made me want to do a little bit of investigating and since i skipped i decided to go to the library and went through some books, old newspapers and i even asked the librarian." she concluded with a smirk obviously proud of her achievement.

"Wow........ that's wow for someone like you Bianca, i mean you never go to the library and you did to go and let me quote 'do a little bit of investigating'" Chels said quoting in the air with her fingers and laughing, even i joined.

Just then i got a call from jerk-face i mean my BROTHER

"Hello" i answered

"Hey, baby sis" he replied smiling

"Im not a baby ugggggggggh what happened?" i asked obviously irritated at him for thinking I'm still a kid

"Im outside its already 6 you need to come home" he said simply

"But it's only 6, can i stay longer" i whinned

" No, 1 because I'm already outside and i don't want to go home and then come back all the way to pick you up and 2 because I'm going to a party so hurry up" and before i could reply he hung up, thats right he hung up on me, his sister, that asswhole.

"Sorry guys i gotta go home Jude is already outside." i said picking up my books and pens and quickly put them in my bag and zipping it up.

"Ohhhh bye then......see you at school?" Chels asked

"You betcha" i said before putting my bag over my shoulder

"Hey, Bianca how are going home??" i asked because Jude had dropped Bianca and me after school at Chelsea's.

"Oh, don't worry i already texted my dad to come pick me up and he said he's on his way" she replied pointing at her phone

"Oh, ok then bye guys" i said heading towards Ruby aka Judes car

"Bye" they said in unison

I hopped into Judes car and we drove off

"So what did you do?"

"Nothing much we gave Chelsea her homework and filled her in about everything that happened in school" i said simply

"Thats cool"

Then i asked Jude something i wanted since morning

"Hey Jude do you know anything about Connor Smith?"

"The football dude yeah i did actually i saw him play well not in person but his recordings that the team members had saved he's really good for a 14-year-old"

he said simply

"Why???" he asked after sometime

"Nothing i just saw his picture in the trophy closet and wanted to know" i shrugged and said. and then another long silence  it annoys me you know the awkward silences especially with Jude do its just so......................akward.

"Were home"

"Finally" i walked but stopped and turned around and asked

"Arent you coming?"

"Ummmmm no I'm going right about now" herald checking his watch and driving off. I swear i have a weird brother. I walked in and not so surprisingly the lights were off that means only one thing dads working late again he's hardly ever home last week he came home only twice before 3:00am and we only got to spend half of Sunday together since he had stuff to do........

I went up to my room, took a shower, changed my cloths and came down the stairs and walked into the kitchen. There on the fridge was a sticky note with a note that said

Hey Hon,

             Sorry gonna come home late. There's lasagna in the microwave.

                                                                   Love always,

                                                                    Dad :-)

i crumbled up the note and threw it in the dustbin, went over to the microwave hearted my lasagna, ate it, washed my plate and utensils.

Checking the time and noticing it was 9:30pm i switched off the t.v and went up to my room and snuggled under my sheets and fell asleep thinking about Shopping.

               I know i haven't updated in FOREVER but i have a good reason.........it's school!!!!!!! So here's the 5th chapter.
