Chapter 8

Paul has this shock look on his face.

"What are you saying? His your brother."

"What about it? Come lets go to the green house." He motioned for me.

He grabbed my hand and led me to the greenhouse.

Paul has this realization on his face.

"Oh. You want him to see Skiria?"

"Of course what else."

Paul then sighed. "I thought it was something else."

Greenhouses are supposed to have only the ground floor to let plants grow but there a passageway underground. Inside is a forest.

"This is where they take care of the six magical beasts of the school. The symbols of the six dormitories."

Beasts can be seen everywhere. Dragons flying up the sky, the unicorns who are grazing on the grass. They really looked majestic.

"Wait. I'll call Skiria."

Hee whispered something on his card and said. "Now we wait."

A huge shadow came from above us bringing gales of winds. A dragon descended in front of us. Blue in color, with spikes starting from his head to up to his tail.

"Sky, meet Skiria my dragon. The academy bestowed an egg to me. I took care of it until she grew this big. She will still grow larger that this."

"Can i touch her?"

"Go on. She wont bite. I ordered her not to."

I slowly went nearer, when i was near enough. I scatched her chin. Like a cat she purred. A very cute overgrown lizard.

"When can i have one?"

"Once uou become a second year student. A royal or a knight can have a chance to raise an egg. Besides, you wont get a dragon. You are given a beasts that corresponds on what dormitory you are residing."

"Oh. I cant wait."

"Apart from the teachers. There are only 30 students who were given with this beauties."

"Can we ride it?"

"No. Shes still young. She cant carry us. Yet."

"Oh. Its okay. Maybe if shes older."

Classes are going to start tomorrow so we have to back early to the main hall. Before that though, he did something with he's card onto mine. He said that if I need someyhing, I'll just have to whisper his name on my card and we can communicate even when we're far.

The usual greetings are made from the headmistress and then we ate. We were then dismissed to ready ourselves for tomorrow.

"Your schedules are already on your rooms, dont forget." The headmistress reminded us.

I found my schedule on my study table. Since I was not yet appraised to determine my ability, my schedule is till temporary. My first class tommorow would be History. Then theres classes like training, then planthoria, a study of plant life, theres PE too. The others are Ancient Language, Arithmetics.

I hope tomorrows class is interesting.
