After my step-aunt yelled at me about some stupid shit, I had to leave the house...I tied up my concords on my feet...struggled to get in my slim white t-shirt, puffed up my curls, grabbed my iPhone and left the house quietly. My step-cousins La La and Tamira must have told her I kirked on them or something....I hate my step-aunt. You can smell her stank weave a mile away, these are the kinds of things that make me miss living with my mom even if we moved from place to place. My uncle is home luckily but he had taken so many prescription drugs for his heart diease he is always sleeping. My cousin Adrianna, my blood cousin, the only one I trust in the house has gone M.I.A. , leaving me to walk to suburban streets of LA, not knowing where the hell I am going..fuck
My iPhone kept buzzing and ringing....I have gotten like 50 texts from my ex-boyfriend, RJ....he hasn't seen me since school ended and must think I am still in NYC....he is completely crazy. He wanted me to have sex with him and when I refused , he cheated on me with some two-cent hoe to make me jealous, ending up making me leave him. I was done with relationships right now. So done, ever since RJ....now he has been blowing up my phone. I wish there was a way to block him or some shit.
I walked slowly down the street, and awkwardly...I had no idea where I was and where I was going. This is what I get for having a crazy ass step-aunt running me out the house. I wanted to cry, but the tears wouldn't fall...they felt like they were bottled up in my heart...all I could was think about what had happened over the past week, the last fight I had with my mom was before she booked me on the flight here. She didn't understand, she thinks that my step-aunt is phenomenal. I kept walking until I heard a voice call after me...I looked back it was Adrianna....and her ghetto loud ass friends Kay Kay, Ahmala and Nia in my uncle's car of course
Adrianna: Lili GET IN!!! come on
Adrianna always called me Lili. It was my nickname. I walked over I climbed in the car.
Me: where are we going?
Kay Kay: I need to get my nails and hair done at the mall
I looked at Kay Kay in confusion....
Adrianna: there is this bomb ass party tonight and we are going...but I mean you can go unless you wanna stay clumped in the house all night with Mommy dearest and her two little bitches.
Adrianna's hazel eyes glared at me. I nodded and wrapped the seat belt around me as we drove off full speed.
Ahmala: Adrianna slow the fuck down! damn girl...and watch where you are going
Adrianna: ayye Ahmala nobody asked your loud ass to be a fucking backseat driver..calm down
Ahmala: Adri don't start with me girl....just because you was the first one to get your permit...don't mean you run everything! *flips weave*
Adrianna: Mala you mean drivers liscense....I been had my permit chica...
Ahmala: whatever can we hurry up and get there soon, shit its hot in this damn car
Nia: you mean your weave is getting frizzy from this heat, right? You should have used that all natural remy girl....
