Tyranosaurus Rex Daughter

He was just laying their in a cage not moving but he only kept his eyes on the female T-Rex in the other cage in front of him. Zach and I were in the main camp just staring at all the different dinosaurs in cages roaring to be let out and even trying to break the cage just to get out.

"He was just trying to protect the female. He probably thought they killed her and came out to try get her out of there so she would survive." Owen said putting a hand on one of the bars connected to the cage.

He then turned his head facing the other direction. It looks like, as if he thought it was his fault, just by the way he moved I felt bad that they had to be put in cages.

"I guess it back fired when he got put to sleep." Zach says folding his arms and looked to the female who was sound asleep.

"You never know I am pretty sure that if he knew she was dead he would have either left her or waited for us to leave her and then he would moan all night." I stated as I walked up to the sleeping female.

"And here I though Zach was smarter." Owen joked and messed up Zach hair and walks away with aunt Claire.

"Not really. Hey Owen is the T-Rex suppose to be getting smaller and have smooth skin?" Zach asked concerned.

"No they are meant to be big and have ruff skin because they are reptiles." Owen pointed out.

Justin POV.

Wait did he say getting smaller and smooth skin?

I looked up to Alexis to see that she is shrinking and I see her human colour skin form. The serum must be shirting because there is no way it could only be temperately even for only 24 hours, I know doc to well for him just to make something that will just fade away.

I felt my body shift too and my bone crack and reforming. I looked down at my claws and saw them turn into hands and then.......black figure less cloves over them? And I had this like spy clothing on, well at least I know I won't be naked in front of everyone.

"Um where did the male T-Rex go? And how did you get in there?" The little boy asked.

I looked over to him and smirked and chuckled at him leaning against the huge cold bars. And then climbed out.

"Your looking at him kid." I said when I was out.

"No way you can shift into a T-Rex?!...."

I covered his mouth and looked at him then the others .

"Look if you want answers you'll get them. But not here, not where the doc can hear you and capture Alexis and I for the second time." I whispered.

They all nodded. I pulled my hand off the kids mouth and walked over to the cage that held Alexis in since she only now turned back to human now. I went through and picked her up and turned to the others.

"She's the girl we were looking for. To bring back to the main land." The red hair lady said.

I looked between her and Alexis a few times and I sighed fighting me jaw then let it go and looked back at them as climbed out still carrying Alexis.

"She can't go back to the mainland, even if she wanted to she couldn't because of what she is now." I stated and they all looked at me.

"Doc wants the two T-Rex's brought to the holder where the two adults are." A guard's voice sounded.

"Go go move it." Owen I'm guessing say.

We ran passed different cages and into the bushes into the woods. Again. And I'm the one carrying the unconscious Alexis. Again. I swear that she might as well sleep forever if I'm going to be doing this routine over and over again. When I stopped thinking we are deep enough I put Alexis down on the ground and looking at the others who were breathing so hard like as if there was hardly any air to breathe.

Owen started a fire and everyone but me was sitting around it to either see each other or get warm, I see the red hair lady sat next to Alexis putting her head on her lap stroking her hair. I smiled.

"Ok who are you? How are you two dinosaurs?" The kid asked.

"The names Justin. And we were both injected with something that had T-Rex DNA in it that turned us into dinosaurs." I crouched down to the ground.

"Oh well I'm Gray, this is my older brother Zach, my aunt Claire and this is Owen." Gray said.

I nodded and then looked back at the ground, since I was now part dino I could see in the dark clearly and smell things better and even hear things that I don't want to mention at this point. I felt the ground and felt a giant foot print.

"Three toes. All have claws at the end. Deep and still fresh in the ground so it was just here recently." I was saying to myself.

"What are you doing?" Zach asked.

"Its what's called identifying. This foot print was made not to long ago, by a carnivore no doubt and looks as if it was headed that direction." I pointed pass them towards where we came from.

"You can track and know what type of dino it is?" Gray asked getting excited.

"Yeah and you don't want to know what it is. But be happy it's moving away from us instead of coming to us." I got back up rubbing my hands together.

"You all can sleep I'll keep watch." I offered.

"I'll stay with you. I want to know more about what is happening here and why are these guys are caging the dinosaurs or why they are even on this island to begin with." Owen said.

Well this is going to be a long night.
