Dylan's POV
"You have Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia." Those are the five words that have changed my life, I heard those words about a year ago. I didn't know what to do, or say, I didn't even know how to feel. I knew it was a rare cancer, but it just had to happen to me. Why me? I ask myself that a lot. A year later and I can tell this is hitting me hard, I'm currently stage two, its moving slowly thank god. That doesn't change anything, I look sick. My once healthy, toned body is now weak, and well, unhealthy. I'm skinnier than I was, and I can't help it. Other than all that, I'm a normal teenage boy. I sit at home and watch anime all day, I'm not doing that right now or anything. I just really want some friends, my mom is awesome she's just not a friend I would see at school, nobody even knows I have cancer, I hide my skinny body with loose clothing. Maybe I'll actually make a friend some day, hopefully.
