Its funny how something that happens when your still impressionable can change your opinion on something, for example; when i was in seventh grade i used to wear barbie pink lipstick because i thought it looked cute. Until, a girl in my english class started making fun of me, calling me barbie or Nicki Minaj or clown. It could be taken as a complement, but it's not what they say, it's how they say it making feel like a dirty word you need to wash off. It makes you feel lesser like your weird. Now, i'm all for being unique, but in middle school sometimes you just want to fit in. I couldcare less what my highschool peers think of me, but for some reason i can't bring myself to wear pink lipstick...
