Chapter 8 A date or a study night?

Lydia's pov

Thank god it's friday. I had one more class to go. Maths. When the bell rang I grabbed my things and exited the classroom. I put my books in my locker and grabbed my math books. After two minutes I walked into the classroom, the seats were filled with my fellow classmates. As always I ended up sitting next to Stiles. Not that I mind. I don't.

He greeted me with a smile followed by a wink and he sat down next to me. We started to focus on maths after we shared a look at each other.

After 20 minutes I felt Stiles looking over to me. I looked back.

'Can I ask you something?' he asked

'You just did' I laughed 'ofcourse, what is it?'

'Can you maybe come over tonight to do maths together?' He asked 'I know it's friday night but I really have to pass the test next monday and I understa-'

'Ofcourse I will help you' I interrupted

'Great. That's... that's great Lyds thank you' You could see he felt relieved

'Anytime' I smiled looking back to my book

'You can stay for diner at my place if you'd like to. My dad will be working until midnight' He said with a nervous look on his pretty face

'Yeah sure. I would like that' I blushed '7 o'clock your place?'

'Yes perfect' he smiled

After math I was walking to my car when I heard a familiar voice calling my name.

'Hey Alli' I smiled giving her a hug. It's too sad I don't see her often, while I see Stiles 24/7

'So what are you doing later?' Allison asked

'I am not doing anything this afternoon' I answered

'Awesome so maybe we can grab a movie and have a girls night after?' You could see she was getting excited

'We could grab a movie but I can't have a girls night tonight, maybe tomorrow?' I sad putting a sad face

'Tomorrow is alright. So what are you doing tonight then?' She asked raising one eyebrow

'I-um I'm helping Stiles with maths tonight.. at his place' I answered while my cheeks were getting bright pink

She gasped and smiled immediatly

'Wow that escalated quickly' she laughed

My cheeks were like tomatoes

'Yeah he asked me to help him because we have this math test on monday' I explained

'Okay can we grab a movie and eat before you go?'

'Uhmm I forgot to mention that I'm eating at his place too' I put my hands on my mouth

'What!!!! It is not a studie night Lydia Martin. It is a date!' She yelled

'Wait what. No no no Allison I'm helping him with maths because I'm good at it and I'm eating at his place because his dad is working until midnight and it-' I couldn't stop talking

'LYDIA!' Allison interrupted 'It is alright you don't have to explain yourself. Have a good night with Stiles, it is not a crime you know'

I didn't say anything but put my arms around her for a hug. 'I am really starting to like him Alli' I whispered

'I know, and that is okay' she answered

I am so happy to have Allison in my life. What did I do to deserve such a good friend like her?
