Jaime's POV
I woke up this morning to my dog licking my face. Heffa. She's a great dane and she's really friendly.
"Yes, yes, hello Heffa. Ya want some breaky? Me too" we walked downstairs but it was quite.
Heffa whines next to me, "I know girl I miss Mom too"
My Mom just recently passed away, 2 weeks ago. She died of cancer and she told me that I would have to go live with my Dad, now, I know that he has a new wife but I don't know if I'll get along with her because I've seen her things on social media. I only have a few like Kik, Facebook and Instagram but other than that nothing and I've seen her posts she looks like a bitch, but then again you should never judge someone by their appearance.
I started to make a coffee and gave Heffa some dog food.
I don't know if I'm going to be able to bring her on the plane. I live in Australia and going to Washington DC where my Dad lives.
I wasn't really sure about going to live with my Dad because i knew that Dad's new wife wouldn't like me at all considering all her picture on social media.
I sighed and finished my coffee before going back up to my room.
I got out all 5 of my suit cases and looked at my drawers. I saw a picture of Mom and me with chocolate all over our faces.
I laughed at that. I remember that, we were at my friends birthday party and we had chocolate cake. So us being us started a food fight and got cake all over ourselves but got kicked out of the restaurant.
I was snapped out of my last to Heffa barking downstairs.
I walked downstairs and saw my best friend, Casey.
She was crying.
"Jamie why do you have to leave?" She sniffed
"Because I can't legally live on my own" I walked up to her and hugged her
"B-but you c-can live w-with me" she cried again
"No. I can't. I wish I could, but I can't. Mom wanted me to go live with my Dad so I'm respecting her wishes" I tried not to cry
Just then my other friends came through the door.
Jay, Lila, Harry and Joseph.
"Hey guys" I sniffed. They all came up to me and hugged me.
"C'mon, let's sit on the couch and watch one of your all time favourite movies before you leave" Joseph pleaded
"Okay" we all sat down on the couch and put on Transformers.

After the movie finished I went back up to my room and walked in.
It was already half empty. I didn't like it.
"I don't want leave" I sniffed
"I don't want you to leave" I turned around and saw Lila.
"See... I never got to tell you this and now it's probably too late, but... I... I love you" she muttered
"Y-you... What?" I stuttered
"I've always liked you ever since our third sleepover. I don't know why, but over the years I've just... Fallen in love with you" she finished
