"What's taking you so long, David?" Strat said into his radio. He waited for a response.
"You can get in the car," he said. "I'm just taking a piss. I'll be right out."
Strat scoffed and started walking towards his car. The black SUV was covered in snow, just like the rest of the ground. Snow was coming down hard, piling up everywhere. It was a deep enough snow to have to trudge your feet, but not deep enough to get a car stuck. Strat was happy at his luckiness, but he knew this party was no place for him.
Sure, it would be a good way to end the game, but was it the smartest way to? He could win so easily by swooping in after everybody was done killing each other. It would be a childish win, but a win nonetheless. He stuck the key in the lock and opened the door, sitting back in the cold leather passenger's seat.
He looked out at the black driveway, seeing lights coming towards him. He leaned forward, squinting. He saw the outline of a military vehicle, something like a humvee, rocketing towards the manor. He sat back, but then he saw the silhouette of the mounted machine gun on top of the car.
He quickly shot up, crawling over the stick and into the driver's seat. He reached into his pockets, pulling out the keys again, then he stuck them in the ignition and turned.
