Working on Us

It's been about two months since me and Zayn got back together and about two weeks since we told the fans about Skylar. The fans love her. It's amazing how much positive feedback we've gotten since that interview. Fans are also tweeting like crazy to find out if Zayn and I are going to get back to together since we have Sky. We haven't told anyone we're together yet so we just say we don't know and we'll see what happens as time goes on. I hope that Zayn will be ready to tell everyone soon. These last 3 years were so horrible not being able to see him or talk to him or hold him. I was miserable without him. When  management told me we were starting tour up again I was so happy. Seeing Zayn was the only thing on my mind. I wasn't expecting to find out I had a daughter but that was by far the greatest gift I could have ever asked for. Skylar lights up my world. She looks so much like Zayn it makes me smile. She has his beautiful amber eyes and his dark hair. He says she looks like me but I don't think so. She's beautiful just like Zayn. It's pretty early in the morning morning. I'm not exactly sure why I'm awake but I am. I just have a lot on my mind. I love Zayn and I love Skylar. I want us to be able to be a proper complete family. I want us to live together and be together all the time. I really want to ask Zayn if we can move in together when tour is over. I'm afraid he'll say no though. He might think that I'm trying to rush things with us and become distant. I don't want that. I want us to be happy... I don't ever want to think about the possibility if us breaking up again. It would break my heart.

Tour's been going pretty great. We are all getting along really well and we are really happy that Zayn brought Skylar with us on tour. She brightens all of our days. The lads and I love her so much it's ridiculous. Zayn says that we're spoiling her, especially Niall, but all we can ever manage to say is that we missed nearly 4 years of her life and we're just trying to make up for lost time. She's 4 now and it's amazing how fast she's growing and learning. Zayn has a tutor for her so that she is still learning and developing the way that she should be and him and Niall are trying to decide if they are going to allow her to go to school or if they think she'd be better off being home schooled. I've noticed that Niall and Zayn have been spending a lot of time together lately. I mean they are co-parenting Skylar but I honestly didn't expect them to be civil with one another, especially after their break up. I'm pretty sure I've heard Niall sneaking out of Zayn's bunk early in the morning sometimes too. There's something really sneaky going on with those two. I'm not sure if I'm the only one who has noticed but I haven't brought it up. I'll just let it be.

Niall and I have been back together for about two months now and I am really happy with how things are going with us. He's great with Sky and I can tell that he really loves her. That's just making me love him even more. I love the way his face lights up when he sees her. I can't help but smile when I see them together. Niall even comes to sleep with us at night after the other lads have gone to bed. We still haven't told  anyone that we are back together yet. Niall says that we will wait as long as I want to before we tell anyone and I honestly think that I am ready to. I am currently the only one on the bus. Niall and the  lads took Sky out for ice cream. I'm planning on telling Niall as soon as they get back. They've been gone for a while so hopefully they'll be back soon.
*15 minutes later*
"Zayn. Zayn, wake up." I hear a faint voice say. I stir. When did I even fall asleep... I open my eyes to see Niall standing in front of me and the other lads walking in the door. "Where's Sky?" I ask Niall. "In the bunks asleep. I put her in my bunk before I came to wake you." "Oh okay, How long have  you guys been back?" "probably about five minutes or less." I nod my head before getting up and following Niall to the back of the bus. "Niall, I want to talk to you about something." i say as soon as we get to the lounge at the back of the bus. "What's up?" I take a deep breath sitting on Niall's lap as he sits on the couch. "I think I'm ready to tell the lads that we are back together." "Wait really?" I nod, smiling at the surprised look on his face. His kisses me softly before lifting me as he gets up from the couch. "Well when do you want to tell them" "We can now. They're all in the living area and Sky is sleeping." Niall doesn't say a word he just takes my hand and leads me through the bunks and out to the living area.

I can't believe Zayn is actually ready to tell the lads that we're back together already. I thought he would have wanted to wait longer. I'm so happy. I take his and and lead him through the bunks towards the living area where all the lads were, letting go of his hand before we enter the living area. We both causally sit on the couch on either side of Liam since he randomly to sit in the middle of the couch. It's silent for five or ten minutes before I decide to break the silence.
