Michael point of view

This morning is cool but really nice; hearing the birds filling the air made it better as i went to check on Elizabeth. Eventually I get to her place and i sensed that she is much stronger. "Woah, that is her alright!" I thought to myself but I decided to act natural and knock on her door "One second!" I heard her call out from inside. Moments later the door opens and I see Elizabeth with a smile on her face. "Good morning Michael" she cheerfully greeted. "Hi Elizabeth how did you sleep?" I inquired whilst she invited me in. "Pretty well but I had a pretty weird dream last night though." She commented as we sat on her couch. "In that dream what did you see?" I asked out of complete curiousness "I was in a cave alone, while i was in there i felt a presence around me. I tracked it down using that ability to you taught me when I was going the right way the presence got stronger. When the presence overwhelmed me I saw some sort necklace. I felt drawn to it. When I touched it I felt some sort of power crashing through me from the necklace. I took my hands away from it but the power from the necklace just got stronger. I dont know what it was but there is something about the power that felt real. Because in my sleep I felt something a power surging through me and it was incredible. I couldn't focus to track it down where it was coming from because I was asleep. But when I woke from the dream in the middle of the night and this morning I felt much stronger" She marveled while I held her hands I sensed that she is getting stronger by the minute. "Woah, you are getting stronger but you need to focus and try to control your excitement in that state," I commented in complete amazement of her power eclipses my own. "Easier said than done Michael." She answered trying to calm herself but I was still able to feel her slightly shaking hands in mine. "I will help you, close your eyes completely relax, and just breathe," I instructed as I felt the power surging through Elizabeth become more focused and calm. "Now as you breathe pull the power into you and you don't need your eyes to see it, just feel it." I smiled while seeing her breathing and feel her power swelling in the rhythm of her breathing. "Shes doing it, Elizabeth is getting stronger by the minute and she's completely relaxed and not even breathing hard." I thought proudly while carefully watching her meditative state.

Elizabeth point of view

"I'm in complete control." I thanked him whilst concentrated deeper and kept my breathing even. The power is still surging through me but now I can control it. But as suddenly as the power came crashing through me, it disappeared. But I can still sense something out in that forest and It gave me power and a lot of it. I opened my eyes gasping for breath and feeling like I can run 50 marathons without stopping. "Woah, that power was from my dream. I feel incredible. and ready to train." I claimed with a lot of enthusiasm. "I can tell you are ready because today's training will be harder than yesterday." Michael agreed as he held my hands. "Bring it on I'm more than ready." I assured him with a smile. We go off to the forest to truly ramp up training big time. Later I am watching Michael control the vines with his mind and waving hands. "Earth is the element of substance it's ancient, wild, diverse and strong. To earth bend, you must be physically and mentally unmovable, but you also have to must be able to connect to the nature around you. Feel the vibrations of nature around you." Michael instructed while making fire lilies grow around us. Knowing what he meant I knelt down relaxed myself and closed my eyes then focused on nothing but feeling that heartbeat like a pulse. That was when I felt that heartbeat like pulse and heard that pounding in my ears. "Can you feel that?" Michael asked out of complete curiousness. "Yeah I can feel it and hear it and it's like a steady heartbeat." I assured him focusing on that heartbeat like pulse around me. "Good focus on that feeling alone that's how you root your mind into the environment." Michael instructed I focused harder on that heartbeat pulse then I felt vines growing under my skin it didn't hurt but I felt really weird. "Good Elizabeth you're doing it!" Michael cheerfully praised. "Michael I'm trying to concentrate." I take deep meditative breaths focusing on the task at hand. "I can feel life around me, but I sense some of the life in this forest is severely weakened so much so that I can actually hear loud cries for help in my head." I noticed was able to hear screams and audible cries for help. "Where is it coming from?" Michael asked in amazement. "Nature itself animals and plants alike. Part of the forest here is suffering here and I didn't even realize it." I concluded sadly. "But I can change that!" I proclaim with purpose and that was when I closed my eyes then focused on the weakened life I sensed and the audible cries for help. "It's okay, I'm here now be healed and grow stronger than ever." I mentally voice to the suffering nature I heard. The seconds later I felt the weakened life grow in great strength. Then I heard the cries for help disappear and I heard audible voices say thank you in my ears. "The forest is alive again, whoa I can hear it speaking to me" I answered with a smile and amazement. "You can, what is it saying?" Michael asked in awe watching me listening and deep in concentration "Its saying thank you." I assured him with a smile. "You're welcome I'm always here" I mentally voice to the forest around me since I am able to somehow speak with nature and animals alike. Speaking of animal a mountain lion comes to me but I feel as if she isn't hostile towards me but friendly. Meanwhile, Michael is watching me but is worried "it's okay Michael she's gentle." I assured him feeling Michael's pulse quicken. The mountain lion comes close to my hand and I pet her. "Go, live your life free my friend." I mentally voice to the mountain lion what hasn't broken eye contact with me. The mountain lion goes back to the forest to live her life as she pleases. "What did you tell her?" Michael asked in awe after seeing my with a female mountain lion. "I told her to go and live her life how she pleases." I answered looking down the forest full of life and thinking how I am able to communicate with it. Then out of nowhere, I am tangled in vines and I am able to sense Michael's mind inside them. "Michael, what in the world why?" I asked struggling with the predicament I am currently in. "Free yourself." Michael instructed firmly while tangling me more while I struggled uselessly. "I can't these vines are like steel cables." I grunted while in Michael's firm grip. " Focus Elizabeth, having power is one thing but knowing how to use it is important." Michael instructed while increasing mental grip on the forest while I struggled to maintain my own."I'm trying" I struggled in Michaels grip "Relax and concentrate." I close my eyes and focus on that heartbeat pulse again until i heard it pounding in my ears. "Release me now!" I mentally command the vines holding me and they let me go and I float up with the vines and the whole forest under my control. "Restrain him." I ordered with a wave of my hands the vines restrained him by his arms and legs. "Try picking those locks Michael!" I teased with a giggle while increasing my grip. "Impressive very impressive.... can you let me go?" Michael chuckled slightly as I bring him close to me with a wave of my hand. "Why should I?" I laughed while teasing him. "So we can get something to eat" Michael answered with a slight chuckle. "Well okay, I guess you're right."I agreed while laughing "Release him and live your life in peace." I mentally voice to the vines holding him and they let go of Michael, and I felt the vines under my skin disappear "That felt really weird." I commented hearing my stomach growl out of my own hunger. "It will feel like that, but do you feel now?" Michael asked holding my hand as we walked back to my house. "I feel my powers are getting stronger." I answered feeling my powers are growing at an alarming rate. "Really, is the same as from your dream last night and from this morning?" Michael asked in wonder as we walked. "Yeah and I can find out exactly where it's coming from." I commented feeling that intense power from my dream last night. "But right now let's get some food." I suggested feeling that I'm pretty hungry.

Michael's point of view

"This is quite a turn of events, we've been training since this morning, and any other person should be worn out by now, but not her." I thought not taking my eyes off her for a moment.
