What Is Love?

Julia's POV

We hear the bell ring so we walk out of the restrooms. I only met Zoe today and she's already my friend! Heh...crazy how things work out...but she asked my if I'd like to come to her house on the weekend, since it's Friday! And of course I say yes and we continue walking. But I see Jade. Urgg!!!! Not now! "Hey JuJu! what's ye doin?" She pushed me and smirks. I pull the evils and continue walking until she shouts. "What Julia? Can't handle a bit of fun? I'm sure Rebecca would definitely-" I cut her off. "What's this big deal about this Rebecca girl?! Huh? If she wants me she can come and get me!" I shout. Everyone looks so shocked. "Oh don't worry! I will..." She whispers to me as I raise an eyebrow and walk with Zoe. Thank god it's Friday! I just need to chill and relax and not think about stupid boys and this Rebecca girl. "Julia..." She says looking guilty. "What? I can't let them take over me! If they want me they can come and get me!" I slightly shout while we walk out. "I know but...this Rebecca girl...she's...she's different now..." I look at her and she looks scared. I tilt my head. "How different is she to me? Irish girls are tough cookies!" I laugh. She turns to me. "But she thinks she is my brothers girlfriend. And when Sarah will show her that video... God help you!" I roll my eyes and she smiles. "I honestly don't care. If she wants me....she. Can. Come. And... Get me!" I smirk. As we walk out I see Joe. I'm lost in his eyes as he slowly walks with his friends. "Julia?" She snapped me out of my daydream. "Y-yeah?" I say quickly turning my head to her. "Oh! There's Joe! Joe!" She shouts over to him and waves. I turn around and tilt my head down. Facing the concrete. He walks over to her but he doesn't notice me yet. "Hey Zoe! Can I talk to you for a moment?" He says nervously. "Uh yeah sure!" She says as she walks over to the water fountain. I look at her. I slowly walk away.  I need to think a few things through.

Joe POV

I walk out of school and I my mates come over to me. "Joe!" Caspar, Oli, Marcus and Josh walk over to me. "Hey boys!" I give a smile. "We wanna ask you something. What's going on with you and that girl?" Oli asks. "Whatcha mean?" I say. "You and Julia! OHHH I ship it!" Caspar says squeakily. "Shut up! I think Jade and Joe are cute!" Oli says. "Guys I think Sarah and Joe are cute-" I cut Marcus off. "Will you all shut up! I don't like anyone!" I shout. I hear Zoe call me. "Joe!" She shouts. I can see a girl next to her but I can't her. "Hey Zoe!" I walk over to her. I wanna ask her something important. It's gonna be awkward but I just wanna ask. "Can I ask you something?" I ask shyly. "Yeah sure!" She says looking at the girl next to her. We towards the fountain. As we're walking I ask. "Who was that?" "My new BFF! Her name is Ju-" I cut her off. "Yeah yeah! Don't really  care. Can I ask you the question now?" I say raising my hands. "Yes!" She shouts. I sigh. "D-do y-you know what love is?" I said awkwardly. "Joe...haha! Good joke! I get it! It's from last Sunday! I pranked you by putting whipped cream in your shampoo bottle! Good one!" She say laughing while walking away. "No..." She turns around. Her head tilted as she raises an eyebrow. She now knows I'm not kidding. "Joe? What's going on?" She asked. "I just wanna know! It's just a question" I say while looking around. "Well...you have to find out what that is by yourself Joe..." She says walking away. Hmm...I need to find it out by myself? But that's the thing...am I in love or will I be In love? I'm only 18 I haven't been in love before.....have I?
