As soon as the house came into my line of vision I stopped running. My steps became small and tentative as I approached. I was still unsure. What if I had the wrong house? They would probably just think I was crazy, maybe call the police. I guessed I'd be okay with that.
The door was looming in front of me, and I found myself staring at the small specs of dirt and dust on it instead of knocking with my already raised fist. I finally brought my fist towards the door, the sound was barely a tap but the same instant I pulled my hand away to knock again the door swung open.
"Are you stalking me now? Is that why I didnt get a call?" His voice sounded extremely smug and his small smirk only left me with my mouth agape as I stared at Pretty Boy's charming face.
"Yes I know I'm gorgeous but there's no reason to stare." my stunned expression quickly transformed into what I hoped was a vicous glare.
"Okay," he said raising his hands by his head as a gesture of peace, "What can I help you with?" He paused, "Milady?" he added with a wink as he completed an extravagant bow.
I focused my thoughts on why I was here in the first place.
"No, as much as I know it will disappoint you, I am here for your sister?" It turned out as a question at the end but since my voice didn't portray any shock I straightened my back a little and looked him squarely in the eye. He seemed a little stunned by my question but quickly recovered and left the doorway to call for someone. I waited impatiently, tapping my foot with anxiousness until a girl came to the door. I was once again caught staring, my mouth left hanging open as I stared at this 6 foot something slim girl with stunning blue eyes. I breathed a sigh of relief when I recognised her long, honey-caramel blonde hair.
"Holy shit you're okay, thank god" I mumbled.
"What the..." She began. "Oh. I think you've got the wrong twin" she muttered quietly, sounding defeated.
"Twin?" I echoed. When the information eventually sank in my world went black and I felt the air rushing past me. I threw my arms out in all directions as an effort to stop my inevitable descent, but came into contact with nothing. The rushing ceased and I sank into the black, again.
