Gaga was on her way to see her psychiatrist. She supposed the other two were going to do the job. The guy they'd contacted to "harm" Storm had been successful. Not to kill, but injure severely. And by now, he should've delivered the letter to her psychiatrist. They'd be little need for him now they were here.

It was a small world. Getting smaller and smaller. Everything was planned and they'd make it all materialize.

Storm had been in the hospital a week.
"What? Are you planning to make us have a honeymoon here? Bad choice." He told Darling.

Before she had a chance to reply, Ed rushed in.
"Talk of Flash." Storm commented
Ed seemed not to have heard the comment. He switched on the television and stood watching.
"Ed, what the....." But he could not finish.

The news reporter was announcing the gross murder of Judge Ambrose Cecil. The same judge who had convicted those three maniacs years ago.  He'd been pounded to death.

"Pounded?" Darling reechoed.

Ed switched off the television.
"Storm this can't be a coincidence. It just can't. Those freaks must be in the country, free and  hungry. You remember Detective Steele???"
Storm nodded.

"Well, we are calling him out of retirement. He's an expert. Miss jane reported to the police station this morning with a threat note. Which only deepens my suspicions."

"I'm with you in this one Ed. My family could be in danger. Darling please get me my sandwich."
"Get real Storm."
"What, so I can't eat? Oh and check on the kids again. Raven must be tired. Knowing those three children they'll have her tied and muffed. They do so take after you Darling."
"Raven?? Knowing her she'll have then behind their books. And Storm? Don't forget you also donated chromosomes dear so I'm not in it alone."
It was Ed's turn to butt in.
"Raven is still around? I've always found that old bat a bit weird."
"Really? Maybe you don't really know get Ed." Darling said.
"What's her last name?" He asked her.
She was silent.
"Now who doesn't know her?"
"Last names don't matter." She shrugged.
"Uh-uh."
"Don't you guys think the pounding to dwarf had something to do with with a certain...... I don't know....maybe say a certain gravel??" Storm blurted out.

"Actually yes. I was thinking on that line myself." Ed added.

Darling took her bag bid farewell and was off to see the kids.

"Careful dear." Storm cautioned.

Steele looked out the window. Trouble called again. Too often it seemed. They'd just filled him in on it all. It was a clear case of revenge......by pure psychopaths.

It hurt him to leave Bella. He'd miss her but at least  thoughts of her  will keep him occupied.

The hardest part of his job. To catch a criminal he's got to think like one.....to be one.....
