CHAPTER SEVEN
BEING HANNAH
A WEEK LATER
I smooth out my maroon skirt and white ruffled blouse as I take a seat at The Coffee Girl, a coffee shop in town. Today is the day.
The day I meet my mom.
I order a coffee and check my watch once, twice. 11:45. Fifteen minutes. As I drink my coffee I pull out a vanilla colored folder labeled, Record Label 2013 and begin to fill out forms for tomorrow.
----------------------------------------------------
A tall brunette woman sits down at the other side of the table. My heart begins to accelerate and my palms get sweaty. I wipe them on my skirt and slowly look up.
"Mom?" I barely whisper
"Hi, Hannah," she says smiling. I try as hard as hard as I can to keep myself together and not cry. I smile back.
"How are you dear?" She asks me.
"Well," I reply in the most mature voice I can muster. I pretend to itch my eye and wipe the forming tears away. My mom is actually here!
----------------------------------------------------
Opening the door to my room, I burst into the tears I've been holding back. Sara rushes to my side and guides me to my bed where she hugs me like I'm a little kid.
"What happened?" She asks me when I finish.
"It was amazing, Sara. She's better than I imagined. In the end, we exchanged addresses and I gave her my number so we can catch up. She promised she won't leave anymore and she's going to come to my opening album!" I blubber with a huge smile that could make me explode any minute.
Sara and I gush to each other for hours until its time to go see our recording studio. We meet Gianna and Erin at the door and climb in to a pink limo. Pink? Yep, that's Gianna for you!
At our arrival, we all squeal and attempt to climb out of the limo at the same time, which epically fails as we topple onto the ground in heaps of laughter. Once we're out of breath, we get up and run in our three inch heels to the building.
I open the door to find a big room with comfy-looking chairs and sofas with a coffee table and a buffet. There's a door on the wall in front of us, which Gianna opens with a sparkly grin. The hall from the door consists of eight other doors personalized to our liking with our names on them which means they're our studios! We all run to our doors and open them with oos and aahs as we walk inside. I'm stunned by what I see.
As Sara always says;
One word, three syllables
Ah-maz-ing!

END OF PART ONE
--------------------------------------------------
HI EVERYONE!
I decided to make two parts to this chapter because of the demand! I had SO many people ask me to hurry I just decided to show what I had and leave the best part in the second part! I know I'm crazy, but don't bother telling me!(:
Kisses!
